The house was a clean and perfect size for our families.The pool was clean and serviced in the middle of our stay so it stayed clean. The management came and put the trash out without disturbing us. The beach is quiet and uncrowded. Any issues we had were taken care of quickly. Checkout was easy. Our best beach stay yet!

The house was perfect for our family of 11. It is a beautiful home and had everything we needed and more. The upper deck was huge and had an expansive view of the beach/ocean. The lower deck with the pool is a great space and has plenty of room for all of us to hang out. Loved the deck furniture, which is the high end poly wood and there was plenty of it. The kitchen was well stocked and also had an ice machine in the large laundry room. The only thing I couldn’t find was an iron, and when I called they immediately brought one to us. The beds were very comfortable, as well as the rest of the furniture. The entire house was clean and well maintained. We highly recommend this home.

Wonderful stay

We loved a lot about this house and its location! No condos nearby and there was a big empty lot nearby so no fighting for a spot on the beach in the mornings! This also meant the crab hunting was awesome! We caught lots of big ones! The pool was great, bigger than other places we have stayed before. Three King rooms was a big bonus for our group. Really the only downsides to the house were one king room shared a bathroom with a bunk room, it would've been nice if they each had their own. The elevator was not working while we were there, which wasn't a big deal for us but might be for some. The tv in the bunk room was not in use and a couple ceiling fans needed maintenance. All of which were brought to the attention of management and they plan to get it taken care of! The master bedroom on the main level was amazing. Big room with a bathroom that had a shower and a tub which was great for the little kids. I didn't see a stash of any beach toys/chairs like a lot of places have, but maybe it's under new ownership and they just don't have any yet. They did have some pool floaters already which was nice! The covered porch by the pool was awesome since we had a 10 month old on our trip. We could still enjoy sitting outside without worrying about him getting too much sun. The upstairs balcony was also very nice, it had a lot more room that most houses.This was over all a wonderful place to stay. With a little maintenance it'd be near perfect
