Treasure Island Resort Condominium is a premier upscale resort located directly on the beautiful sugar–white sands of Panama City Beach in the popular Thomas Drive area. Dubbed “The World’s Most Beautiful Beaches” thanks to its powder–soft sands and emerald–green waters, Panama City Beach, Florida offers a year–round mild climate, with exciting attractions including world–class dining, shopping, nightlife and unlimited outdoor recreational activities.
Located just a short walk from St. Andrew State Park and several of the best restaurants in the world.

The Treasure Island front office charges a $35 one time fee per condo upon arrival for parking passes and pool bands.
TREASURE ISLAND PET POLICY
Only 1 dog less than 30 lbs per condo will be allowed. The front office will charge a non refundable $300 pet fee upon arrival.

Very nice views with a large balcony. Spacious condo. Nicely decorated. Condo grounds well kept. Parking garage a nice plus. I would definitely stay here again.

Always stay at Treasure Island and have stayed in this particular condo before. Could use restock of skillets as only had 1 and had to use and clean 2-3 times each time we cooked. Also putting in an air fryer or crockpot would be great. My great enjoyment is laying out on lounger on the balcony of the evening and relaxing listening to the waves but, no longer had loungers. Hopefully loungers can be replaced.

The chairs in the balcony were not in good shape, reached out via email and within one day there were new ones. Nice and relaxing, loved the space and cooking pots, and dishes for meals as we are cooks. We all enjoyed staying on this side of the beach and will stay here again.

Location is Prime

This condo is perfect for those who want a slower pace while on vacation! It is on the quieter side of Panama City Beach but still plenty close to all the attractions and eateries and shops! The balcony is by far the biggest asset. The balcony is 9 x 30! My husband and I loved watching the sun come up and go down from the balcony and observing all the marine life (we saw sting rays, sand sharks, pods of dolphins and a manatee) and pelicans, seagulls and osprey! Honestly we spent about 65% of our vacation on the balcony! The condo was very clean and well appointed! All furniture was comfortable and well placed. The kitchen was well stocked! The decor is very beautiful in each of the rooms! Treasure Island Condo's are one of the best in out 10 years of visiting Panama City Beach! We only had one issue and when I texted Jonathan's team (ECDI), I received a response in seconds. Literally seconds! I was very pleasantly surprised! All communications with ECDI were outstanding! I was very leary after seeing reviews on this company but I can say they treated us with utmost respect and were quick to respond to any message sent! I would 100% stay with them again with no hesitation!

Not as expected but worked out fine

The place was great and pretty clean but the furniture is a bit worn out and tired. The kitchen was wonderful but there are a few important things missing - pot holders for one. The rugs are filthy and the paint on the toilet seat in the hall bathroom is wearing off in spits so that immediately caught my eye and rather grossed me out. The porch furniture is starting to fall apart but there are a few chairs that we found that were okay. The view was spectacular! All in all we had a very relaxing stay.

Excellent condo

The condo was clean, beds very comfortable, patio furniture was good. The only issue was that we had to call the internet provider to get the correct WiFi password. Would definitely stay here again.

Manatee, dolphins and rays, oh my!

This condo was lovely for two adult friends for last minute beach trip. Pros: Of course, beach was gorgeous. Chairs and umbrella were used every day. Condo was spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchenware for a rental. Balcony is spacious, with table/4 seats for meals. (Note, only one lounge chair on balcony now.) From the balcony, we spied a manatee, multiple dolphins, and multiple HUGE rays. Cons: No beach towels (luckily we brought our own). No extra blankets (sunburned skin gets chilly). Biggest con was wi-fi didn't work until fourth day of stay. Prop mgr (bot?) answered my repeated emails with the same answer "Password is ****." Yeah, password wasn't the problem as I explained in my detailed emails. MY call to tech company revealed that problem could not be fixed remotely, as the system was not configured properly. After 5 emails to condo mgmt co. (useless), a visit to onsite property mgmt co. (powerless), 5 calls to/from tech co. and scheduling condo visit from tech co., the wi-fi was finally working (on day 4). My friend and I needed strong wi-fi to work in the mornings, so I did not appreciate having to do all the legwork myself. I don't own the condo, and I'm paying for a worry-free vacation. Who wants to deal with the cable company on vacation?!?!? PW simply didn't work, and property manager offered zero assistance in fixing the problem. Will go back to Treasure Isl, but not this mgmt co. Not the owners fault, so still 4 stars.

It was dog friendly, nicely decorated and stocked pretty good. only thing I could of used was more frying pans and hot pads (none).. there was 2 frying pans, 1 normal size the other was an egg pan. But that's ok because we eat out for dinners. Beds were comfy, Nice TVs in all rooms and bathrooms were standard but clean, NO mold etc!! Treasure Island was upgrading their gate to the pool deck when there so be prepared for a gate code. Located by lots of places to eat and out of the busy side of Pier Park but not a bad drive over..

Love Treasure Island

We had a wonderful week at Treasure Island unit 1802. We have stayed at this complex multiple times. Condo had everything we needed and was clean when we arrived. Check in process was fast and easy, I did everything online so all I had to do was go to office and pick up parking pass and bracelets which they had ready for me. Property manager answered any questions I had within a hour. Only issue I had was connecting to wifi, but that really didn’t bother me, we managed the week just fine. I would gladly stay at this unit again. Everything is exactly as pictured. Thank You for a great week!
