Nice place... 15 mins from beaches

The inside of the property was lovely and contained all necessary amenities, making it very comfortable. The outdoor furniture is a bit worn, but the patio and pool are a nice touch. I was a little misled by the online pictures of the front of the home (they are doctor'd up a bit or taken way prior to our visit). The property is located smack dab in the middle of a neighborhood and the beaches are a good 15-20 minutes away. The property manager was very polite and attentive.

Great Florida VRBO

We enjoyed our time at Villa Tropicana. Location was great for us. Close to Gardens Malls and other attractions. Pool and back yard was 5 star!! Check in was a breeze and Cezar is a great host with excellent communication upon arrival and departure. Place could have been cleaner but overall not an issue. Also, there is an additional apartment located on the side of the house. Wasn’t an issue as the renter was very nice and we didn’t know they were there. Maybe I didn’t read all the comments or posting thoroughly. Would stay there again!!

Home away from home

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Cezar’s place! It’s exactly as the listing described and it’s in a great area. We loved the pool area and we definitely will book again if we find ourselves in west palm beach!

Great host and property

Cezar was an excellent host. He was very attentive, the house was clean and had everything we needed. There's lots of space in the house and the neighborhood is quiet and very convenient. The pool was very relaxing. We will definitely be back!

Loved location near The Gardena, house and pool were adorably decorated and just right for our family! Communication was excellent and home was well appointed with amenities and details.

Clean and quiet.

Our stay was enjoyable and quiet. The home was clean and well equipped. Although it rained the days of our stay the backyard is the highlight of this property. The king bed was a bit soft for my liking and the neighbor is not to nice but overall it was a good value.

I was never notified that there was a rental room attached to the house.

Love Florida

Getting away from Minnesota in January and being in Florida is great. The outdoor space and the HEATED pool was worth it. The house is small but clean. Its in an older neighborhood but totally redone. The house is equipped with everything you need. It's not close to the beach but only about 10-15 min away. It is centrally located in-between Juno Beach, North Palm Beach and Jupiter. There is a high end mall with some great restaurant choices less than 3 min away but there is great restaurants everywhere around. I would recomend this house!

Great spot!

We were looking for a quick getaway and found this house. It was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adult children). It was clean and cute and the neighborhood was quiet. Great location, close to loads of restaurants and beaches. The kitchen had everything you need. The pool was awesome, definitely do the heat! Cezar was great. We had the best time!

Nice house

The house was what it looked like in pictures. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked with various commonly used condiments, spices plates/cups etc. They were very responsive with questions throughout our stay.

Great getaway

Cezar was a great host. He responded in a timely manner. The house was well kept and the backyard is amazing a tropical getaway. My family and I spent 90% of our trip in the backyard and in the huge pool. The pictures don’t give it justice. It’s huge. Neighbor was very quiet and around a lot of things. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for a great stay Cezar.

Close to many things!

Cezar was great to work with. If we had any questions, leading up to or during our stay, great about responding. Neighborhood was fine, location was great! The private heated pool is a definite bonus!

Thanksgiving getaway

We had a wonderful experience at Cezar’s property. He was a courteous and attentive host. We had previously booked another property that we were unhappy with and left early. Cezar let us move into his property early on Thanksgiving day no less. We cooked a full feast and had all the kitchen equipment we needed and more. The place was clean and comfortable. Pool and outdoor area was wonderful. There was nothing we could complain about other than maybe the pillows not being the most comfortable, but that’s really splitting hairs. The area is centrally located to beaches, shopping and dining. Overall we would definitely stay there again in a heartbeat.

WPB getaway

The house was nice and centrally located for all our needs. The pool and backyard made the stay extra relaxing, which is why we chose South Florida and this house in particular during the COVID fun. The owner was very nice and responsive to our needs, which were few. I definitely recommend this listing.

My name is Cezar and my sister's name is Dorothy. We've purchased the Florida house to serve as our second home when we need some sun in the winter. We are both Polish, born and raised in Poland, living in US for the past several years. I am a CPA and Dorothy is a Nurse.

PGA boulevard exit from I-95 is simply the best location in West Palm Beach! 1.3 miles from Downtown at the Gardens Mall where you can find best restaurants, shopping opportunities and nightlife activities in the area. Only 15 miles away from the airport and 10 mins away from the beach.

The very private backyard is to die for. It is super quiet and it features a pretty large heated pool and a deck for entertaining and is surrounded by tropical palm trees and other plants which make you feel like you have truly arrived in Florida.
