It's clean, spacious and close to everything with downtown Asheville just 8 min away and Black Mountain 15 min. Easy and close access to the Blue Ridge Parkway, hiking, mountain biking, great eats, breweries, shopping and lots of entertainment! Great flat yard for kids to play with a big patio, hammock, fire pit and brand new hot tub! Our house and neighborhood were not affected by last year's storm.

Wanna enjoy the day out? We are just 2 minutes away from the Blue Ridge Parkway giving access to endless miles of scenic hiking trails and waterfalls! Our area has some of the best mountain biking trails in the country! Fun for the kids - WNC Nature Center is 2 miles away where you can see the bears, otters and red pandas.

We are close to many local eats- Post 70, Copper Crown, Curate and breweries like Highland, Burial, Wicked Weed.

Downtown and local shops are close by!
