The house was great for our family of 5. Everything was clean, the back deck was amazing. The location was perfect for the soccer tournament that brought us to Asheville! We would definitely stay here again!

Our host was welcoming and made sure that we had everything we needed. The home was very clean, beds were comfy and the neighborhood was extremely quiet. Location of the property is very close to downtown Asheville. This made it very convenient for us. If we are in the area, we would definitely stay at this property again. Thanks for making our trip so memorable.

This home was perfect for my wife and me and our two small dogs. The house has a neat layout with plenty of space. The fenced yard made it easy to let our dogs get some outdoor time while we enjoyed the well-kept hot tub. The neighborhood is quiet and not far from any place you’d like to get to in Asheville. Great stay!

Perfect house in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, lots of privacy and the fenced yard is ideal if you have a dog who loves to explore. The house was clean and had everything needed to cook and relax. Rachel was great at communicating and making sure that everything was ok, even during our stay.5 stars for sure!!

Enjoyed our stay and the host was responsive...everything was great except we have an older dog who had a little trouble navigating the inside stairs (okay with the outside stairs). Great location for the NC Arboretum, Biltmore, River Arts and the outlet mall!

This house is a little slice of heaven! Although it did come with a good amount of a mosquitos... It has a fully functioning kitchen with the coziest family room. Our doggos loved the backyard. I did wish we could have fired up the fire pit but we were enjoying the patio way too much. If you're looking for a little spot for your small family or just a girls weekend, i would highly recommend this one!

This home was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen was quite well equipped and the dog enjoyed the fenced in backyard. The host was very responsive to questions. We were surprised, however, that the living quarters were all upstairs and that the 2nd bathroom was downstairs. While stairs are mentioned in the accessibility section description, it is not at all clear that steep stairs are required to access the main living quarters. This was a problem for those with mobility problems. We recommend that this should be clear in the accessibility section description.

Great spot to enjoy the Asheville Area

My wife and I were in Asheville for a few days - this was the perfect spot - convenient for all things Asheville - only 10-15 mins to downtown, Biltmore, BR Parkway etc. Super clean and on a quiet side street. Hot tub was fun on cool evenings. Highly recommend.

Tranquil Paradise

WE had the most wonderful visit. This home really and our host truly deserve 10 stars... The home is so peaceful, all the amentias that anyone would need. The yard was wonderful for the dogs. Rachel, our host was very easy to connect to and with the entire visit. I would HIGHLY recommend this little piece of paradise right outside of asheville .

The perfect landing spot for an Asheville vacation!

We spent a week in this charming home and loved every minute! It was the perfect size for my husband and myself and our two dogs. Our son and his girlfriend joined for a few days and we had ample room for all! The home is well stocked to cook at home, provides a sweet little coffee bar and has plenty of seating, both inside and on the outside sundeck. We spent every morning enjoying coffee on the deck with our dogs enjoying the fenced in back yard. The deer wandered past and we spotted a groundhog and some turkeys as well! The fire pit and hot tub area were a nice place to relax as well. The home is about 15 minutes from most places and we had no trouble getting Uber to pick us up and bring us home from the surround breweries and downtown area. We enjoyed hiking in Brevard, the hot springs resort in Hot Springs, and a float down the French Broad with Zen tubing. Make this house your landing spot for all activities Asheville!
