The Space:

This thoughtfully designed cabin blends modern comfort with outdoor fun, making it ideal for families, couples, and small groups.



Inside, the home features two private king bedrooms, each with a 55” 4K Smart TV, plus a kids’ bunk room with six twin beds and a dedicated play area. The open living space includes a 65” Smart TV, indoor fireplace, comfortable seating, and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout.



The fully equipped kitchen offers a coffee bar, waffle makers, and kid-friendly utensils, making meals easy for groups of all ages. Two full bathrooms provide fresh towels, a soaking tub, and dual showers for added convenience.



Outdoors, enjoy a private patio with a 6-seat hot tub, BBQ grill, gas fireplace, and a 100” outdoor projector for movie nights. The property also includes a stocked fishing pond with waterfall, 9-hole mini-golf course, playset, deer feeder, and space to relax and enjoy nature. Trail cameras occasionally capture local wildlife, adding to the experience.

Guest Access:

You will have full, private access to the entire cabin, including all indoor living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, and outdoor areas. This includes the hot tub, fire pit, mini golf course, pond, and patio spaces. The cabin is exclusively yours during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

The cabin is located just minutes from Hochatown and Broken Bow Lake, offering a peaceful setting with easy access to top attractions. Guests can enjoy fishing, hiking, and outdoor adventures nearby, including Beavers Bend State Park. Hochatown features local restaurants, wineries, shops, and family-friendly entertainment, making it easy to balance quiet relaxation with dining and activities throughout your stay.



Getting Around:

A personal vehicle is required to get around the Broken Bow and Hochatown area. Most attractions, restaurants, and outdoor activities are a short drive from the cabin. Roads in the area can be uneven or unpaved in spots, so guests are encouraged to drive slowly and use caution, especially at night or during wet weather.



Other Things to Note:

Minimum booking age: The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book.



Damage protection: Your reservation includes $2,500 in accidental damage coverage. If accidental damage occurs, please notify us promptly and provide a photo so we can assist.



EV charging: A Tesla Level 2 charger is available on-site. Guests with non-Tesla vehicles must bring their own compatible charging cable or adapter. An emergency backup adapter may be available; compatibility is not guaranteed.



Fire features: Gas fireplaces are unavailable from May 1 through October 1. The outdoor fire pit is available year-round unless restricted by a local burn ban.

Your hosts, Neil and Nico, are available by phone, text, or through the Airbnb platform if needed. We respect your privacy while remaining accessible should any questions or issues arise during your stay.
