Golden Acre is 250 meters from Alleynes beach. Alleynes is one of the most beautiful beaches in Barbados.
It takes 3 to 4 minutes to walk to the beach from the grounds. Alleynes is one of the longest beaches in Barbados at a bit less than 1km in length. Alleynes offers ideal swimming conditions with the warm, calm tropical waters of the Caribbean sea. It is a long sandy beach with 2 reefs to snorkel. It's also one of the best spots swim with the sea turtles. There are two beach bars located on Alleynes beach (Juju's and Santi) and also Lone Star Restaurant which offers a high end dining experience.
