Great Stay in Charleston, SC. Easy walk to cafes, restaurants, bars, & parks

This recently remodeled upstairs condo has been decorated for your ease and comfort. Although the "minium" stay for Charleston in this area is 30 days, my rate for the 30 days is still cheaper than getting 2-3 hotel rooms for the week. So, book the month and save money by not needing to eat all meals out!

All mattresses are deluxe pillow-top and the sofa is soft, big,very deep, and comfortable. The living room has a 52" smart TV and high speed internet is included.
The fully equipped kitchen has all new appliances, including dishwasher, full-size fridge, range with oven, microwave, coffeemaker, blender and mixer. There's also a full size washer and dryer. The master bedroom is HUGE. Besides the king-size bed, there's a sitting area, lots of dressers for storage, a walk-in closet, 32" Smart TV, and an en-suite bath with tub & shower. The second bedroom has an extra comfy queen bed and the 3rd has a desk and daybed with pillow-top twin mattress.
The condo is located in "the penninsula" downtown area of Charleston. It's only 2 minutes off the highway but within walking distance to several bars, restaurants, cafes, and parks. It's close to the Citadel and several other institutions. The beaches are 20 minutes away. Stay here and have it all!
