FULLY FURNISHED 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a quiet street in the Buckroe Beach area of Hampton is available for rental terms of 30+ days. Perfect for traveling nurses or other professionals.
Kitchen has granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances (full size fridge, microwave above the range, dishwasher) & all the cooking essentials you will need to feel at home. Primary bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. 2nd bedroom with Queen bed. 3rd bedroom with twin.
The property boasts a fully fenced, large yard with outdoor seating area and private laundry facilities onsite. Sip coffee to start your day or have a glass of wine to relax in the evening on the front sun porch.
Amenities include: located just a few minute walk to the Buckroe Beach Fishing Pier and boardwalk, central heat & air, new stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer/dryer hookups, sun porch, garage , fully fenced yard, private parking, new windows, ceiling fans, and freshly painted throughout. Internet and trash service provided. Landlord will cover electric costs up to $150/month and water up to $75/month. Pets allowed upon approval of landlord and appropriate deposit paid.
$2,700/month rent. $2,000 security deposit required.
