Meticulously, professionally cleaned and sanitized by my dedicated housekeeping team who I’ve been working with for 7 years! Chic luxury home in an unbeatable Chelsea location. True two-bedroom, two-bathroom. Only one flight of stairs up, on the second floor.

Fantastic layout with a bedroom + bathroom on each end of the apartment, and living room + open kitchen/dining area in the middle, creating the perfect gathering space or an opportunity for additional sleeping arrangements.

Chelsea is one of New York's most famous and popular neighborhoods, my home is right in its heart. Dreamy street, very safe and quiet.

Within 2-3 walking minutes from A, C, E, F, M, L, 1 metro lines and within 7-9 walking minutes from Q, R, W. 8 minute taxi or car ride to Javits

Perfect property and location

Nice second floor walk-up in a great neighborhood in Chelsea

We loved the access to so many restaurants and businesses, museums and the water. Apartment was clean and had what we needed. The only complaint isn't much, since the idea isn't to sit in the apt on vacation, but the layout is such that the main living area has no windows. The bedrooms do, and that's great. Not sure how you'd get both those things in any apt design like that, so just part of the deal. Otherwise it was great.

Chelsea Gem

My wife and I along with another couple really enjoyed our stay. Great location, close to a lot of restaurants and bars. The comedy club we like is a 3 block walk. The subway was a block away. We will def stay again.

Kayce’s birthday weekend

2 couple had a great stay, comfortable bedding, great location in NYC. Super easy to get from LGA (free bus and subway). Great trip and our first time back in Manhattan since we moved from Staten Is. Loved showing some of our best friends the city. 5stars!

Cute street, Excellent location

We were in town for a work event so it was close to everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable (this is huge 😂). You do hear people in the hallway and street noise so if that may bother you - bring ear plugs and eye covers. Was super helpful for us. The restaurants nearby were so great. We enjoyed our stay and glad we found this apt.

Beautiful Chelsea Apartment

Beautiful apartment, ample space for two couples or small family. Quiet, cute neighborhood, close to subway and many convenience stores and restaurants. Kitchenette is small but has all you need for small get togethers. One flight of stairs up and an initial problem with the door lock, which mysteriously disappeared after that first encounter. We very much enjoyed our stay here and would like to return in the future!

Great Chelsea Location

This was a find for us since we were working in NY for a week. Two bedrooms and bathrooms is rare in NY and that plus a kitchen were what was needed for my colleague and me to stay comfortably in an apartment together. The location is excellent. We walked to our work site at the Javits everyday along the Highline, which was delightful.

A fantastic apartment with a great location

This was perfect for our family of 4: parents in one bedroom, one teen in the 2nd bedroom, and the other teen on the pullout couch. Also two bathrooms. Add in the easy walk-up (2nd floor) and great location (Chelsea + easy subway stations) and it was a perfect location for our NYC visit.

Responsive Host, Disappointing Venue

The apartment presented nice on listing, including decor and features. However the apartment was basically blank walled outside of a coupleBamboo hangings, one of which covered the breaker box. The reason I mention that is because we constantly having to fill a breaker as one of the bedrooms, and the living room did not have power 75% of our stay. This meant no common space to relax watching television or even scrolling because WiFi and television were on that switch. Additionally could not charge phone in the back bedroom over night because the outlets did not work. There would be no time spent in the bedroom as it was pitch black and without power. Ironing clothing occurred in the kitchen as it still had power. The differentiator of renting a short-term place or a hotel are the feelings of comfort and additional space they can provide. The host was fairly responsive, although will not provide you check-in instructions or actual address location until the day before you arrive, allowing minimal time to effectively plan the arrival from airport. Early bag drop and additionalhour of time for conveniences were helpful.

Perfect location for visiting New York City

This two bedroom apartment is very nicely positioned to visit parts of New York City and very close to the places that you would like to visit such as the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island; Times Square, and the rest of the Highlight locations for shopping in around New York City; Yankee Stadium. The apartment is located just about a half a block from a convenient subway station so reaching out to further parts of the city is just a few steps away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and we will definitely plan to stay here on a future trip to New York City. Tom & Karen.

Nice place. Needs some important details.

This apartment is clean, well located and overall a nice stay in NYC. However, we stayed in the in the middle of a NYC winter and the temperature of the apartment was a nightmare. They have central pipe heating, when they turn on the pipes it is really hot and when the pipes get turned off (which of us was usually in the middle of the night), it got really really cold. The windows have an air conditioner that is smaller than the window and the gap is filled with paper, clearly this makes the rooms freezing at night. There are two extra heaters in the house but one did not work. I reached out to get a replacement but there was no response. The second room was so cold that i we could not use it AT ALL. My recomendation tot he host is to properly close the gaps in the windows and to make sure all the heaters are working cause they are both simple details that completely change the stay.

NYC getaway

It was such a nice apartment. I was with my girlfriend, and we each had our own bedroom and own bathroom. Finding the key in the correct lock box was a challenge, and the lock to the apartment was confusing before we knew what to do. Our hostess was wonderful in her communication. Beware that there is no elevator and the stairs are rather steep to the apartment . The hallway is depressing, but the apartment is not! It’s so comfortable. I love staying in Chelsea, it was a great neighborhood.

Chelsea charmer

The Chelsea apartment was well set up for 4 people (2 couples) with 2 bathrooms aligned to the two bedrooms and a good sized common area and kitchen by NYC standards. The location was in a lively area of Chelsea with restaurants and nightlife around the corner on 8th, and an easy walk to numerous subway lines, midtown, Tribeca, etc.
