Great location! Hosts have clear check in and departure instructions. Trains are close by for easy travel in NYC. Perfect for us and our 3 young adult kids.

The stay was excellent. We spent a week there, and the apartment was exactly as advertised. Everything was well organized and renovated, which made our stay very, very enjoyable. Highly recommended!! We were given a very warm welcome, and Allan helped us with everything we asked.

Excellent location with Empire State, Penn station and Grand Central nearby. Macys just up the road and within walking distance of Times Square and Rockefeller plaza.

Our family of five stayed here for 5 nights in March. The location is super convenient to the subway and within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. Allan made checking in and out a breeze. Apartment was just as described - clean and spacious. It’s really quite the find for a larger family. Beds were comfortable and apartment was stocked with necessities. Also, no exhaustive check out list. Highly recommend! A

Apartment was clean (except that the bottom of the shower curtain was dirty). Address given to guests on website was not the correct address which I believe was done so that no one could look at the building prior to reserving. The entrance way into the building was dirty contained three garage cans which had foul odors and the hallway on the fifth floor contained debris.

The apartment itself was conveniently located in NYC, a stone’s throw from Empire State Bldg. Smallish rooms, simple but cute. Window ACs. Main problem was apt is on 5th floor and building elevator was not working when we checked in, and only worked about half the time while we were there. Thanks to Allan - prop mgr - who helped with bags on check-in, and did his best to assist. Apartment owner was not helpful and declined to negotiate reduced price.

We had a great stay! The location was perfect and the apartment fit our family of 4 well.Allan was a great communicator and so helpful when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the apartment.

Apartment was exactly what we needed as a family. Location is perfect, you're right in the middle of the action.Was met by Allan the agent who was very friendly and helpful (he helped bring up the cases to the 5th floor as the elevator wasn't working) The only complaint we have is the shower which was always cold - which isn't what you want in February.

Great Stay!

The property is just as described. The location is fantastic and close to everything that we wanted to see and do. Working with the property manager was a breeze and the communication was awesome. We would definitely stay here again if we were coming to New York.

The best location!

An amazing location for exploring Manhattan! We also felt the apartment was "big" for Manhattan standards! It was the perfect apartment for playing tourist in NYC. Check-in and out was a breeze. Laundry was a big plus too.
