Great place to stay! I’ve been to NY before and found this to be spacious and clean in comparison to other NY apartments. Plus the location is amazing with so many highlights walkable and the waterfront just minutes away. Would stay here again and will recommend to others.

It would be easy and not very expensive to make this place nicer, starting with a fresh coat of paint and a new light fixture in the bathroom. It was fine for what I needed. I'm sure the host can't do anything about the hot water in the building, but it comes and goes seemingly at random, sometimes much too hot and sometimes just cold.

Great location. Short walk to subway , Empire State Building and grand central station. Lovely neighbourhood with plenty of bars and places to eat. Shops & deli nearby. Comfy beds and fully equipped kitchen .

There were 4 of us mom's staying here. It was small but we were only there to really sleep. The location was fantastic. Definitely would stay again.

Great location, clean, good communication with owners. Very small which is typical for NYC. No room to host guests but perfect for a place to sleep although quite noisy as at street level.

Great location in the city and perfect for a small family where you don’t want to pay for multiple hotel rooms. This little apartment is charming and has everything you need and is walking distance to many attractions and the subway. Host was very nice and great at communicating and answering all questions and concerns during our stay. Would stay here again for a future trip.

Wonderful!

Perfect home away from home. Wonderful location to attractions, bus stations and subway. Quiet street across from park, 1 block from the water. Definitely stay again. Communication between host was easy and attentive.

Host was a great communicator. The apartments in good location and near several nice restaurants.Was having hot water was inconsistent, and there were very large roaches. The bathroom was not clean.The apartment is well-equipped.

New York naturally has small dwellings, this place is a prime example, very small. Had to crawl over bed to get to the other side. Good location, older building, lots of added character.Few really important things to know, there are photos attached to the check in email sent to you, you have to open these photos to see where the lock box is located. There are about 20 other lock boxes at this location.This property was a bit ignored, here are the items that need to be addressed; 1. light in livingroom does not work, tried two bulbs. 2. Large burner on stove does not work. 3. fridge seals itself shut, takes 20 minutes to re-pressurize to be opened 4. shower goes from freezing to hot with no warning.There is a filter for water in the fridge, this was nice. This place is cozy.
