Mostly clean, very enjoyable weekend. We had to wash the coffee machine and the sauna wasn't working. Everything else was perfect. Spacious, beautiful view and very close to Baie Saint-Paul.

Fantastic location and very well appointed property!

Great spot for kids and dogs. Kids park across the street and 2km of walking trails through the ruins and man made lake right off the property. Everything you would want. Easy 7 min drive to Baie St Paul and nice views of the mountains.

The temperature control was not easy to set or did not work as expected. I wanted to have about 18 degree Celsius over night and was not able to get that. Also would suggest to have a Nespresso machine in the property. Very happy with the retal property otherwise. The above are only a couple of suggestions to improve your bussiness. Thanks.

Très bel endroit, tout près des sentiers.Parcontre le sauna ne fonctionnait pas, nous avons eu de la difficulté à voir les instructions.Le lit de la mezzanine est brisé , nous avons l impression qu il va lâché meme si la base est maintenu par des bout de bois.Un sejour apprécié et un paysage féerique.

Belle découverte

C'était un très beau chalet, avec une magnifique mezzanine, et un foyer à gaz que nous avons aimé pouvoir utiliser, assis dans le divan. Le spa était parfait et nous avons pu en profiter, sous une petite neige, ce qui donnait à l'endroit un cadre idyllique.Je recommande !

Super séjour!

Superbe maison, spa et sauna très appréciés. Situé à une belle distance de Baie-St-Paul, ce qui permet de faire des sorties rapides et de revenir profiter de l'espace. Pour de jeunes enfants, le fait que les chambres sont dans un couloir qui se ferme également a été très utile et apprécié!

Accès au chalet

L’accès au chalet devrait pouvoir se faire avec une certaine flexibilité. Nous sommes arrivés à 15h45 et avons dû attendre à 16 h pile pour pouvoir entrer au chalet. Une flexibilité minimale serait de mise.

Leclerc, Merci d'avoir choisi d'héberger avec nous et désolé pour l'inconvenient dû au contrôle d'accès, les systèmes sont programmer et synchronisé avec nos systèmes de réservation afin de permettre aux équipes de ménage et maintenance de compléter leurs travail et d'éviter de l'abus, par contre nous sommes toujours présent et disponible pour permettre les accès hâtif de quelques minutes, un appel y suffit. Super endroit!

Endroit tranquille. Chalet très propre. Toutes les facilités sont sur place. Plusieurs activités hivernales à faire dans les environs. Joli parc aménagé sur le domaine avec de beaux sentiers à faire.
