Very walkable area close to the beach & many shops.Minor inconveniences included unusable lanai & pool area due to painting processes however any issues were quickly handled by hosts maintenance staff.

Great stay

Location was great, felt very secure with the key fobs, free parking was a huge plus, walkable to everything. Unit was clean and just what we needed for our short stay. Check-in process was very easy. Would stay here again.

Great location, good room

Location is great and having parking a bonus. Room comfortable; air conditioning quiet, which allowed closing lanai doors to reduce outside street noise. Friendly and responsive property management. We stay here often and will be back.

Studio is a great place to stay for the value. Location is ideal to beach and resorts. There was confusion over booking but Niko made sure we had a place to stay. Check-in was easy. Garage was convenient too

In the heart of Waikiki!

We enjoyed our stay in this clean, well-appointed property. It was relatively quiet considering it is in the heart of the city, but within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. There were lots of beach accessories for our use, including umbrella, chairs, snokels, etc. We would recommend this property for a short visit.

Great Location!

Really happy with our stay at this condo in Waikiki. The check in process was very easy and there were absolutely no issues. Niko and his team were always ready to help but none was necessary. The location was great and had had everything we needed for a great stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Good price, good location

This place is perfect for a few nights in Waikiki. We are 'local' from the Big Island and needed a comfortable place to call home for two nights while we were taking care of doctor visits in Honolulu. The Tropical Studio was ideal for us. The studio is dated and needs a bit of work, but is really comfortable and spacious. I can certainly recommend staying here.

Perfect place in town

This condos was perfect for our family of 4. We stayed 3 days, the bed was comfy, condos was clean, enough towels. I love it when the owner also provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Kitchen stock with all nêccessary stuffs. Free parking but the space is very compact. So unless if u really need a car, this condo is close to every thing within walking distance.

Great home base for Oahu vacation

Great location close to delicious food (heavenly island lifestyle right next door and Marukame ramen down the street) and easy walk to the beach. It is also just across the street from Ross- very convenient in case you forgot to pack something. We very much appreciated the dedicated parking space as we took day trips around the island. It was great to not have to worry about finding a spot when we got back. Interior is basic but had everything we needed to recharge at the end of the day. Plus it was nice to make a quick breakfast on days we didn’t want to eat out. We also took advantage of the included beach gear and it all worked well. Would recommend

Well kept, cozy spot in the hub of Waikiki

Description is spot-on. Great location - in Waikiki. Easy walk to beach, shopping, restaurants. Close to freeway, UH Manoa and downtown Honolulu. Owners communicate very well & are accommodating. Kitchen & bathroom are updated and so much better than a hotel - cozy like a home! Great tv screen size as well. Parking at a Waikiki hotel is usually contracted out so it's an additional cost of about $20 each day so the fact that parking is included here is a fantastic bonus! Additional perks include the beach accessories available! Can't wait to come back next year. Mahalo nui loa!

Overall stay is good

The condo was clean and spacious, only three block from the beach. The only complaint was that when we called to report the shower head did not work. The owner was very rude and hang up the phone in the middle of the conversation. We had to call back several times and finally we got to talk to the building manager who helped us with the shower head.

Functional but....

Location is great, the parking that is included is also great and so is the self check in process. The room in the other hand needed a bit of tlc. Curtains are stained and ripped and so was the cover of the desk lamp. Shower curtains also had stains towards the bottom of them and the closet door was broken and found underneath the bed. Lastly you couldn't lock the front door completely, the code disabling button did not work meaning anyone that knows the code could open the door at any time, wouldn't be much of a problem if the security chain wasn't removed. Like I said, just a little tlc..

EXACTLY as described. Credible owner!

Exactly as described in the ad!! A little noisy but incredible location for convenience. Parking included is outstanding and pretty secure. Couple blocks walk to beach. We actually were there for a "business trip" to drop daughter off to college. Spotty internet connection was frustrating. Unit itself was just right and quite comfortable. Really appreciated having beach chairs available for our use. Kitchenette is small but has everything we needed. Convenient laundry just across hall for very nominal charge. Nikko was VERY easy to work with. If you are looking for a beachfront serene trip, this isn't the place. But Description candidly describes that. It's perfect for value, convenience, and if you like the idea of being smack in the middle of the "city" of Waikiki while being a very short walk to sand and short drive to more spacious beaches and attractions. Unit was VERY clean (even the lanai railings and furniture). Nice furniture. We "moved" our belongings into the dressers and closet and put away luggage and felt quite at "home"
