We hope you come stay and enjoy our newly remodeled cozy retreat on Lake Conroe w/full community access to pools, park, gym, golf course, a boat ramp, and more. Break Water Grill (often has live entertainment), lakeside community pool and Walden yacht club w/in walking distance.

This home features:
TV’s in living & bedroom spaces w/WI-FI.
A theatre room doubles as the 2nd bedroom area in the loft with PlayStation 4 console.

These are HOA rules so we can continue to offer short term rentals here. In the evening, please keep your noise within the four walls of your unit.
Please do not leave tubes, floats, kayaks, or paddle boards in common areas or on balconies and keep stairwells clear of personal items.
Do not hang your towels and swim suits on the balcony to dry. Please properly dispose of trash in large dumpsters, which are fenced in parking lot.

Easy check in and check out. Condo was a great size and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bed was comfy, shower hot, and bath towels so soft! I would definitely consider staying here again!

An easy, very pleasant stay. The drop from a 5 to 4 star was for the sofa bed mattress upstairs that ideally would have been better if it was thicker. Outside of that, a very nice and easy stay.

Was a good stay. Would have liked to know we had to lug luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Need an explanation of how to make the ice maker work. Tough to manage the fans. With TV only streaming, tough for a 60 year old couple to navigate. Probably would not rebook.

Very clean and tidy. Great views and the people around the complex are so nice. An abundance of activities very close. Overall experience was amazing. I will definitely be coming back.

We only had a one night Stay. Everything was very clean and well supplied. Two Gigantic TVs...biggest ive seen.Its inly one real bedroom. But really pretty and the pull out couches worked fine.
