Enjoy a peaceful quiet neighborhood stay, just minutes away from the excitement of downtown Omaha and area attractions. This home was once owned by a local Omaha Historian named Howard Hamilton. We lovingly named the home after his legacy and impact on our city's historical archives.

The Loft is perfect for one guest or two! Eat In kitchen with dining area, living room with cozy couch and Smart TV. Spacious and stylish bedroom with natural light and closet. Full bath and convenient washer & dryer in the unit.

Guest Access:
The Hamilton Loft is the top floor of a The Hamilton House available for booking. There is a separate entrance and no access between guest areas.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet Residential Midtown Neighborhood

Getting Around:
Car is best for exploring the entire city, but public transportation is close to the property.

Other Things to Note:
The Loft is an upstairs unit with outside stairs. Free street parking on a safe street.
