Enjoy what used to be Brookview Farm in 1940. You will find all the space you need in this beautiful Farmhouse to relax and still be minutes away from New Paltz.
With mountain views from the meadow where you can sit by Plattekill Creek makes a spectacular site. The back of the house has a beautiful Adirondack room with a wood stove and a hot tub. The living space is abundant so you can find a quiet place to read or a space to share stories.

Great kitchen, great bedrooms and baths, big yard, and hottub is ok. The kitchen is only room that can accommodate a group of 6 or more.

The house was very clean and love that it was pet friendly and the dogs had plenty of room to run around . The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed to cook breakfast. Very much enjoyed our stay!

Great weekend stay

This house was very clean and spacious. There was ample space for me and 7 family members. We loved exploring the property, which includes a nice little creek out back, and spent considerable time in the patio room. The host was responsive and clear with directions.

Great location; great space

The property was great for our family's long weekend get together. Lots of common space and good combination of bedrooms and bathrooms made it a good place to get together. Close proximity to downtown New Paltz gives easy access to grocery stores, coffee and restaurants.

Beautiful location

We had a great stay in spite of a hot water issue. Our property contact was very helpful and quick to do what she could to get the issue resolved. This is a beautiful location, nice property.

Family get together

Very nice well maintained home. Kitchen is nicely stocked with pots, pans dishes, spices etc. furniture is very comfortable. The listing was for an indoor hot tub but that was out of order. The hot tub was our main reason for choosing this property. There was a work g hot tub outside but my husband and I are elderly and could not use it due to the snow.

Perfect Farmhouse for Family

Our stay was excellent. We had plenty of space to roam about in the house without tripping over each other. The property was and we would recommend it to anyone planning a family vacation! wonderful when we had family up for the day and were able to visit, eat, and talk. The house was clean and cozy
