Welcome to your perfect 30A getaway in the heart of Watercolor’s sought-after Camp District. This spacious, thoughtfully designed 4-bedroom, 3-bath home blends comfort, convenience, and resort-style amenities—ideal for families and small groups looking to relax and enjoy the best of the Gulf Coast.

Step inside to an open-concept living area featuring a fully stocked kitchen, a dining space with seating for eight, and a cozy living room. The main level offers a king primary suite with a private bathroom, plus a second king guest room with access to a shared full bath. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms: one with two queen beds and another with twin bunk beds, comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests.

The house was clean and comfy for our group of seven! Our host was wonderful and the home had plenty of supplies that helped to make the stay more enjoyable, such as trash bags, paper goods, and coffee pods. The golf cart and bikes helped us to get around and really make the most of our time on 30A! Would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to relax and enjoy time at the coast!

Our stay definitely surpassed our expectations. What a beautiful home, my girlfriends and I felt so comfortable and relaxed as soon as we stepped inside. We had everything we needed both at the house, at the Watercolor property, and within a golf carts ride. The hosts were very responsive when we had questions both before and during our stay. I look forward to visiting again soon!

Our host was excellent with communication. We took our 4 adult children and 2 grandchildren. The house was lovely! There were beach setups available for 8 that we took to the beach. Very nice additional perk as well as the EV. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Great stay.

The house was exactly as described with good gathering space for family. The location was amazing and has a nice green space directly across the street. Best of all, communication throughout the process was top notch. We just got home, and our 5-year old grandson has already asked if we can go back!!

Great family friendly house

We stayed her with my in laws and our 14 month old son. It’s a great location and the house has everything you need and had essentials for our toddler. Close to camp watercolor and an easy walk or bike into seaside. Highly recommended Michelle and her house. We will be back!

Great stay property and location

Watercolor community is incredible for families. The house is walkable to a pool and not far from the pool/beach club. We ran into an issue with the golf cart, totally unavoidable, and the owners couldn’t have been more accommodating in handling the problem. I hope to bring my family every year for many years to come.

Location was great, host had great communication however house was dirty, not cleaned well before our stay. Blow dryers didn’t work.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the location and our communication. I’m very sorry to hear that one of the bedrooms did not meet your expectations at check-in. As soon as this was brought to our attention, I offered to have fresh sheets delivered immediately or the cleaners return, and the cleaners were scheduled the next day. Regarding the blow dryers, we checked after your stay and found that one of the two dryers needed replacing, which has since been addressed. We truly appreciate your input as it helps us improve and ensure future guests have a great experience.

The property was in a perfect location close to all of the amenities. We enjoyed the golf cart and loved the front porch. There are tons of great beach chairs and beach umbrellas that we used daily. My only complaint is that we felt a little cramped. We had 6 adults and 2 teens and it was difficult to all get comfortable at night in the living room area to watch movies. Also, completely my fault for not checking, but there was no 1/2 bathroom.

2025 Watercolor Trip

We loved the location… we had kids from 4-10 years old and they love Camp Watercolor… this location is walking distance to it. In addition, the LSV (golf cart) allows you to easily get to the beach and all of the kids loved riding in it. If you have more than six like we did, the watercolor trolley can pick you up. They have an app and it is like uber. Everything is super easy and well done in the community and this house easily houses 6 adults and 4 kids. The communication with the hosts was ALWAYS super fast and any questions got immediately answered!

We especially love the laid-back atmosphere and how everything is just a short walk or bike ride away—beach clubs, pools, restaurants, and nature trails are all right at your fingertips.
