Welcome to Pismo Beach! Bring your family and friends to this fully remodeled and stylish 3 BR property minutes away from some of the best activities in Pismo Beach!

Amazing location, full amenities, sleeps 6 adults and 1 child and with only being one block from beach you can't go wrong!!

Fully remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath:

*Master bedroom w/ Queen Bed and en suite on upper level

*Two Queen guest bedrooms, one with a twin mattress pad available for a child and a shared bath at the end of the hallway on lower level

*Fully Equipped Kitchen, Dining for 6 and bar seating for 4

In the heart of town but very private and peaceful.

Guests are expected to be respectful of surrounding neighbors at all times and must comply with the local noise ordinance. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Parking for up to 2 cars in garage and street parking. No parking in front of garage.

We provide starter supplies for guests: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. All other supplies will need to be providing by the guests.

Internet/ TV: We have Wi-Fi set up as well as Smart TV's in the living room and bedrooms so you can login to all of your favorite streaming platforms. BYO Passwords

We will be available from 8am-8pm to communicate with over the platform.

Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your legal unexpired driver's license or passport

Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Deposit to be processed by host on guests credit card. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.

Megan was a great host. She communicated effectively and had super quick response with our questions. The house was perfect for our weekend visit. Cozy and relaxing, close to beach and restaurants. We will be back!

As a bbq lover the use of the bbq was very nice. New and a high end brand that did not flare up. Made the best porterhouses of my life. As a 6.1 man, the shower was very roomy

Family Beach Trip

This property was perfect for our family. Great space, close to the beach, and close to all downtown Pismo amenities. The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful during our stay. We would definitely stay there again.

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful beach rental! The house was spacious, clean, and so nicely decorated – it felt like the perfect coastal getaway. I traveled with my husband, my in-laws, and three kids (all 14 and under), and everyone absolutely loved it. My 8-year-old nephew even said he felt like he was dreaming because the house was so beautiful – and honestly, we all agreed!The location was great, and the home had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay. The owner went above and beyond with communication – they were so kind, checked in on us during our trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a gorgeous and family-friendly beach getaway!

Perfect Pismo Beach Getaway

I can't say enough about how perfect this lodging is in terms of cleanliness, comfort and location. The townhouse is ideally located just minutes from the beach and in easy walking distance to the center of town. It easily accommodated our group of seven. Megan, the property contact person, Megan, made herself readily available to ensure a pleasant stay. We would be happy to stay here again!

Great location

Great townhome one block from the beach. It’s a few blocks from the pier - so you’re still close enough to walk downtown and the beach is less busy. Washer dryer and full kitchen in unit. There’s a nice desk in the main room if you’re working from the beach.

Beautiful Beach Home

I rented this beautiful home for my family of 8 to stay for Thanksgiving weekend. The house is beautiful. Very spacious, the kitchen has everything you would need to cook with, plenty of cups and plates, bowls and silverware as well. Comfortable couches and plenty of room to sit at the bar or kitchen table to eat. Very nice home, host was great and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend this home.

Extremely convenient location in Pismo. Easy and quick walk to beach, pier, restaurants, shops. It is a bit noisy in that area - both car traffic and pedestrians walking/talking and the duplex style driveway that creates an echo chamber. The Owner was very accommodating with us needing additional fans and an air mattress and had them delivered within minutes of us requesting them. House was stocked nicely - but for those that intend on cooking, the pots/pans selection was less than we were expecting. Having the BBQ is great, but it takes up most of the space on the balcony and doesn’t leave room to really hang out up there. Overall, great customer service, great location and we would definitely stay again!

Location was convenient to the ocean and downtown. The home was nice. I liked that the kitchen had a lot of cooking tools and dishes.The home did need a sense of additional cleaning and replacement of some things. But overall, it was okay, I did let the owner know and she was open to look at after our stay. (Couches not working & worn, broken blinds off of patio, washer dryer needed some help etc.) I noticed some of the pictures online were not updated. The massage chair and handicap bars are not in the home. I should have asked, but I did miss that the main floor is upstairs. So if you're taking elders, I do not recommend. Overall its a cool place to stay in a couple of nights. It wasnt comfortable. I would like to end it with the owner was super attentive and always answered my question swiftly. I would give a 5 if all the maintenance items were addressed. It would then be a great stay.

Great Time at Pismo Beach

Two couples shared the condominium for a three-night visit. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and appreciated the cleanliness of the property. The location of the home is fantastic … a short walk to the beach, the pier, restaurants, and shops enabled us to park the car in the garage (a very nice perk) and explore. Many good wineries with comfortable outside seating areas are less than a 15 minute ride from the house.The home is large, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the interior was spotless. Amenities such as a clean gas barbecue, a comfortable dining area designed to accommodate four to six adults, and a generous supply of bath towels was much appreciated. The owner effectively communicated with me before and after our stay for a seamless arrival and departure. She was professional and a pleasure to interact with throughout the rental experience. We will definitely return to Ocean Oasis if we are in the Pismo Beach area in the future.

I love Pismo Beach and this was the PERFECT location!

We had the most amazing time! This property was the perfect location. Had a private garage so no trouble parking and was able to walk to beach and restaurants & shops with ease. We only had to drive 1 time and that was to go to the outlet mall that is only a few miles away. We saw whales off the pier and had great food at Pismo fish & chips and the best chowder at Brad's. This home was perfect for us, we had the master bedroom with an EnSuite upstairs and our teen kids had their own bedrooms downstairs with a shared bathroom. There is a cute balcony with a grill and off the master bedroom is a super cute little Juliet balcony. Having a washer and dryer was perfect and convenient to get all our clothes clean before repacking and heading out for the rest of our travels. My only complaint is that we only booked 2 nights, I couldve stayed all week!

What a fun stay! Everything we needed was there! The home was very clean with clear instructions and smooth moving in. Megan was a super responsive host when we had any questions at all. We loved the quiet location, a short walk to coffee shops and then to the ocean and pier, or to enjoy an evening sunset walk so close to home. Attached garage parking added a nice convenience. The upper level living area was very comfortable, great sofas and tv. It really became home and was hard for us to leave. Thank you, Megan, hope to stay with you again!
