False Advertising

The location was great and the condo was clean. I had booked this specific listing because they had all the amenities I needed for my kids and family. But when we arrived, someone had told me that the strata was having a dispute and the amenities are closed and have been for some time. No one told me that the pool wasClosed when I booked months in advance, which was very frustrating because that was going to be our activity with the 4 kids we had with us. No one had any regard for the false advertising because the ad says there was a pool and there was not, when I brought this to their attention they offered 45 return of fees which seemed very low and unfair because we spent hundreds in the evening to do activities with our kids!
