We came for a soccer tournament. The location was very convenient relative to the fields, and there were ample dining options nearby. Host was very responsive, and when we asked about early check-in because we’d be arriving earlier in the day he was able to get the cleaning crew there earlier and accommodate us. If we’re back in the area, we would definitely stay here again.

Ad is deceitful, this is a double wide trailer with very low quality finishes. Towels and bedding are mediocre at best. If you’re looking for a cheap place to stay conveniently located with a place to lay your head this place is for you. If you want a place with quality and comfort stay elsewhere.

Jeremy im very sorry to hear of your extreme dissatisfaction as when you did have a concern i immediately dispatched maintance to help when they arrived you stated you didnt need it . We utilize small family business and they gave up there family time to help needless to say this was disappointing . Many other guests have been happy and comfortable with there stay im appreciative that I can responced as well I wouldn't be so rude to call you deceitful as a guest but I would say tricky as you were quiet as church mouse seemingly happy until I was shocked when I read your review if you would perfer.to talk.about this i do remain available

Great property

We had a great time at Alan's property. There was plenty of room for our family of four. The house is nicely decorated and was conveniently located for the places we visited. Communication with Alan was prompt and easy. We would definitely stay again.

Great Place To Stay

As it is off the beaten path it’s a little hard to find. However it is a hidden gem. Very spacious and clean, and Alan the host responds quickly. It was everything we needed for the time we were there. Centrally located about 15 mins from all surrounding cities. I would definitely recommend and stay here again as i frequent the area.

Tournament trip

There was plenty of space for the 6 of us. The distance from our event at Spooky Nook was perfect. We had a couple of issues and the owners quick response was commendable. Overall it was a very positive experience

Cozy House Near Lancaster

We had a wonderful stay at the Sweet Green Apple Cottage. The double-wide house looked brand new, with new stainless steel appliances, and pristine bathrooms. Everything was in working order, and manager left plenty of items to ensure we had what we needed for our stay. The manager was very attentive, even late on a friday night answered my calls.

I was very disappointed and surprised to see a 1 star review Sarah was super nice and appeared to act Very understanding when she had a complant I immediately handled it and we agreed on a satisfactory resolution . We care about our guests and always work hard for guests satisfaction so this was not what I expected either we wish you well with your future stays with other hosts
