Fully furnished with a washer and dryer located in unit for your convenience. Internet, TV & Heat Pump with A/C included as well as a parking directly outside your main entrance door. Kentville Valley Regional Hospital is only 5 minutes away while Wolfville and it's many wineries, theatre's and Acadia University is only a quick 10 minutes in the opposite direction.

Great stay, central location, well kept apartment

One of a 6 apartments located in New Minas. Everything was new, worked well and quiet. We loved the location as we explored Nova Scotia. Owners were responsive and kind. Would stay here again!!

Perfect accommodations

A great 1-bedroom apartment. A bit bigger than I was expecting. Lots of extras as well. Very comfortable. Easy contact and quick response from owner. Great location….close to all amenities. I would definitely stay here again.

Would Deffinitly Recommend

This place was clean, modern, and had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay. I had a bit of struggle with the electronic door lock when I first arrived but when I called the host they answered quickly and were very helpful. It is located near many basic amenities and only a few minutes drive from many of the Valley’s markets and other attractions. It was worth the price and I would consider staying here again in the future!

Make sure you have your room # as well as your key code for the door.

’s a couple of different places that we had to stop by first as we were down there for our daughter’s wedding. When we arrived to the location, I was looking through all the emails that I had received from Vrbo that we had received over the weeks prior from when we booked the room. My husband’s a pretty big tough man and he was concerned that it look like the area was pretty sketchy. Not one of the windows were locked as I went through all the paperwork as we were sitting in the driveway thinking “which one do we go to”. “How do we get in?“ And I read and I read and I read and then I texted and a guy showed up who said wow you’re lucky I’m around here. I just drop by for some thing else so I happen to just be in the area! I was thinking “are you kidding me?“ All the while wondering if you wasn’t in the area what the heck would we have done, good grief.

We apologize for the lack of communication. This seems to be an issue with our VRBO Guests as most of them have come across the same issue of not know which unit they are in when it clearly states it in the booking reference. Other platforms do not have this issue. We have addressed the issue with the windows being unlocked as this was an oversight by the cleaners. It has been corrected. As for location, we are located on a busy main street with street lights and each unit has its own outdoor light that lights up the entrance of each unit with the unit number displayed. When messaged by the guest, we just so happened to be in the area, so my comments were reflecting how quickly we were able to arrive since we were so close to the property. If we were home, it would have taken an extra 5 minutes that we would have been more than happy to make the trip in to ensure the guest was taken care of. We are welcome to constructive criticism, and respond well to it. However misunderstood comments from had to be addressed, I'm sure it was a long day!
