We recently stayed in this property for 9 days. The apartment is in the most wonderful position, just up a few steps up from the beautiful harbour in Cavtat. It could not have been in a better position for us. Although you are quite close to some restaurants you are not disturbed by noise at all thanks to the 500 year old stone walls. The gardens are lovely, and the attached chapel has to be a first among our many rentals. Our studio was spotlessly clean, and consisted of living room/bedroom, small but adequate kitchen if you are eating out most of the time, and bathroom with corner shower.
Katica the owner lives upstairs during the summer months, and was so lovely and helpful. She is there if you need anything, but is never intrusive. Katica told us about a free concert she was going to one evening, so we went along and it was very good, we would have never known about it without her local knowledge.
One constructive comment is there are two apartments in this house, but only photographs of one of them. We were in the smaller studio that is not photographed, and were initially a bit disappointed as we were expecting the other one. Best to have both apartments photographed so guests know exactly what they are getting before they arrive.
Fabulous stay though, in a gorgeous property, in a really beautiful harbour town, would highly recommend to friends, and hope to be back one day.
