This Berkeley Springs cabin is perfect for a couple's getaway or a solo retreat. This well-equipped getaway offers an ideal location for peaceful rest or as a homebase for outdoor adventures. Ready to play pickleball? The court is ready for you, directly in front of the cabin. Enjoy the special views of the wooded property and Sleepy Creek Nature Preserve. Enjoy excursions to Cacapon State Park or downtown Berkeley Springs and then unwind with a barbeque, reading a book by the propane fireplace or gather at the firepit beneath the stars. An ourdoor table awaits your dining creations, and a roomy queen bedroom gives you nightly respite. Bringing some friends along? A pullout sofa bed is in the main area. Truly, the best spot may be drawing a chair up to the window and pondering the world.

This cabin is situated on 35 acres of West Virginia heaven. It is approximately a 1/2 mile walk (drive) to the creek. Be aware that there are stairs to this upper level living. The entire lower level is the owner's personal garage and is not occupied. This cabin/barn is up and away from the other 3 cabins that are available on this 35 acre property.

INDOOR LIVING: 2 Flat screen tv's, living area and bedroom, high ceilings, ceiling fans, en-suite bathroom
KITCHEN: Full kitchen with coffee maker, dishware and flatware, refrigerator, microwave
GENERAL: Free WiFi, air-conditioning, cable/satellite, complimentary toiletries, suitable for children
ADDTIONAL ACCOMMODATIONS: 3 additional properties are available on-site, each with separate nightly rates, a 1 bedroom for 2 guests, a studio for 2 guests and a 3 bedroom for 8 guests. If you would like to reserve multiple units, please inquire for more information prior ti booking.

NOTE: Owners live on an adjacent property approximately 1/2 mile away and their property is not visible from this property.

Outstanding Cabin

The pictures for this cabin don't reflect how roomy and spacious this place is! It is a very clean, comfortable and quiet retreat. My wife and I had a fantastic stay and would not hesitate to book this place again if we are in the area.Thanks Patty and Bill for allowing us to stay at this wonderful place.

Great place top relax

Hate to leave a good review, might not be able to rent it again when I can back here. But since the hosts were outstanding I will. A lot larger inside than expected. Very home feel with a great view. Needed a couple of nights away and this was just the place. Close enough to town (awesome place to eat -Country Inn) yet far enough away to relax under a dark star filled sky. Do yourself a favor and enjoy almost heaven spot!

A Dream

Beautiful vacation home situated on a picturesque landscape. Peaceful and quiet, it's everything you would hope for as a get-away. The owners are so very kind and helpful with anything you may need. Would definitely stay here again, and give my highest recommendation to other fellow travelers.

Retreat Get-away

Perfect place for us to escape the noise and have a weekend retreat! The location and the house were absolutely beautiful, peaceful and quiet Ideally suited for prayer as well as for relating. The house was clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated, well-apportioned and had everything you could need - including kitchen supplies and toiletries. The fireplace was a cozy spot for evening recollection and reflection. Great spaces to get a good walk, or to just sit and get a perspective. All of the sights and conveniences of Berkeley Springs were just a short car-ride away. We'll be back again! Thank you, Patricia, for making such a lovely home available to us!

Beautiful home(cabin) spacious.

Spent a very relaxing weekend at the cabin, was very happy with size of cabin and all the amenities. Only about 10 minutes to Berkeley Springs, so easy to get to town for a day of fun. The peace and serenity was great only wished the weather would have been warmer so as to explore the property.(our fault as it was late February)

Wonderful Place With Breathtaking Views

This place was exactly what my partner and I were looking for in a rental! The views seen in the morning were wonderful. I never got tired of waking up and seeing the mountains and clouds brush past them. We went during Christmas week and it did feel really special being there during that time of year. The owners of the property were very friendly and made sure we were alright throughout the week. There was no worry of asking something to them as I knew they would be helpful in answering any questions we had during our stay. They even made sure we were good to go on disposing of trash in the middle of the week and personally came by to pick up the bags of trash. It was also nice to see that they had set up a snack station with things ready to make s'mores! All the decor in the house was a nice touch to make it feel like a home away from home. It gave off such cozy vibes! As a person who lives in the city, it was so nice to listen to the silence outside being interrupted just by the wind! The outside area is so massive as well! If we had more time, we would have definitely taken the opportunity to walk around the area. We are definitely considering this place in the future!

Just what I was looking for

Beautiful, cozy cabin

This cabin sits in a very private, peaceful location. The interior decor is exceptionally charming and cozy, while the huge windows give an airy feel to the main living area. The big, comfy reading chairs and the gas fireplace are so inviting! The cabin was sparkling clean and well supplied with everything needed. Pictures are very accurate and the cabin is a great value for the price. I spent some time walking the property trails down to the creek and shopping in Berkeley Springs, but mostly just luxuriated in the lovely, peaceful setting and the amazing views. Communication with the host was excellent as well. I do recommend arriving during the daytime as the roads up to and around the cabin could be a bit hard to negotiate at night. All in all, I loved my stay and highly recommend this property. Thank you, Pat and Bill!

Everything was just perfect in every way!!! Pics dont do it justice, the property was amazing and quiet. Everything was so clean felt amazing. This weekend opened my eyes to a lot of things. I’d like to thank Patricia for everything and making our stay one to remember.

A Wonderful Escape!

The Barn is a cozy, comfy, and clean get away. We had no issues getting to and from the property with clear directions and it is in a perfect location to get to Berkley Springs or any of the surrounding towns/resorts. Highly recommend!!!

My husband and I got away for the weekend for the first time without our three children. We had a beautiful weekend at this property. It felt truly like a home away from home. It is so cozy, beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean. Private enough to enjoy solitude, but close enough to the town of Berkeley Springs to explore. The hosts were incredibly helpful and accommodating. I would 10/10 recommend a stay at this place!

This property was the best I have stayed at. The cleanliness of the home, the beautiful view from the large windows, the surrounding area and the friendliness of the owners was superb. I definitely recommend. You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful, private getao

A gorgeous property with lots of privacy. We had our own fire pit, and the hosts graciously provided fire starters, wood, and even s'mores ingredients! The bed was VERY comfortable, the bathroom was huge and modern, and the living area was cosy for a movie night. We would absolutely like to stay here again!

Weekend in Berkeley Springs

The rooms were very nice and clean and very well stocked for cooking etc. Amazing tea selection. The only issue we had was in finding the property but that was not the hosts fault at all. It was just simply no cell service to look up the instructions. Over all would highly recommend the property

Beautiful house & location!

So glad we got to come & enjoy this lovely home & property! Perfect accomodations our family of 3 while in town for mountain bike race at Cacapon. Owners have the home well stocked, inside & out. There's an outdoor fire pit with kindling & firewood, ready for use. Wish we had more time to spend relaxing at the property during our brief stay.

Beautiful, cozy getaway

My best friend and I had the most amazing weekend. The condo is beautiful and just so quiet. The furniture is lovely and incredibly comfortable. It’s an amazing place to turn the world off and relax.

Pictures do not do this place justice ! The property , the amenities , the furnishings and decor were amazing - definitely exceeded our expectations. The bed was also very comfortable and everything was well stocked. We highly recommend it !

Weekend escape

This cabin is amazing. The firepit was our favorite part as we love being outdoors around the trees and nature. Lots of wood ready for us to use as soon as we arrived. The cabin feels way more spacious than you'd expect from a 1 bedroom/bath place and the views from the windows were stunning. When they say fully stocked kitchen, they are not kidding. There were all sorts of spices to add to our cooking. Everything was clean, in working order, and our time spent there was even better than we had hoped for. Thank you Peggi and Bill for the most wonderful time.
