This one-bedroom condo offers some of the best views you can find of Mont-Tremblant and Lake Tremblant! Both the mountain and the lake make this condo a great attraction during all seasons of the year. Perfect for a solo trip, a couple or a friends trip. It's a five-minute drive to the ski village and to the Old Village as well.

Chic one bedroom condo with an amazing view of Mont-Tremblant. Easy 5-minute drive to the mountain, the Old Village and the main Lake Tremblant Beach.

Located in a friendly neighbourhood, this cozy condo is as enjoyable in the summertime as it is in the wintertime. It has so much to offer in terms of activities, restaurants and outdoor scenery.

Restaurants in the Old Village are just a 5 minute drive, whereas restaurants at the Mont-Tremblant pedestrian village are 6 minutes away from the condo.

Different hikes and treks are accessible near the condo: Nez de l'Indien (5 minutes away), Mont-Tremblant (6 minutes away), Domaine Saint-Bernard which is perfect for walks and cross-country skiing (15 minutes away), Lac Mercier is also great for a walk around the lake or some cross country skiing (6 minutes away).

The best way to get around is by car. Our condo has one parking spot available for you to leave your car.

In the summertime, you can also get around by bike if you feel like enjoying the outdoors more. You can get to many spots in just 15-20 minutes.
This is a friendly reminder of our house rules:
1. Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.
2. Parties and excessive noise are prohibited at all times.
3. Smoking indoors and on the balcony is strictly prohibited.

Failure to oblige to our house rules can result in eviction or damage claim charges. If smoke of any kind is detected upon check-out, our penalty fee is $500.

This unit has no access to the lake and there is no pool.
