Madeira Beach Waterfront Paradise

Watch the dolphins play from this beautifully fully renovated 3 bedroom 2 bath ground floor waterfront unit in a gated community! Master bedroom has a king sized bed and water views! Second bedroom has a queen sized bed. The third bedroom has a queen size bed. It sleeps 6 comfortably and can sleep up to 8 with a modular living room couch (can move to form queen size bed). Comes with a full size washer and dryer as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee station! There is a large waterfront enclosed back porch with a grill outside.

Swim in the 2 community pools and enjoy the sun in the chaise lounges. Catch your own fish from the 3 private community fishing piers right here! (Note: common area renovations may not be completed).

The unit has an outside google nest doorbell system with camera for added security. It monitors the front door and part of the outdoor patio. The unit is on the water and only a short 7 minute walk to the beach to watch the gorgeous sunsets. Or walk to bar and ROC Park next door with a ball field, tennis courts, and basketball. A short 2 mile drive to the famous John's Pass Village for fishing charters, motor sports and more!

Archibald Beach Park is 0.3 miles away and is only a 7 minute walk to the beach, 1 minute by car. Grocery store is 0.2 miles away, a 4 minute walk or a 1 minute drive.

Please respect our home just as you would respect your home. Excessive noise or rowdy complaints from owners will possibly require removal without a refund by condo association.

Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will be honored ONLY with any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age.

Sorry, no pets allowed. Owners are highly allergic.
NO SMOKING OR VAPING!! You will be charged $500.00 min. for smoking odor in the unit.

Really nice place to stay

The property was perfect for our family of 5. It was extremely nice and was exactly as advertised. The owners chris and missy were close by if you needed anything and checked on us a couple times but also just let us enjoy our vacation. We would definitely rent from them again as it was a great experience.

Missy and Chris were easygoing and helpful. The condo was centrally located, had just about anything you might need and the beds were amazing. I had the best nights rest. My family enjoyed their stay and hope to come back soon.

Great location and condo

Nice spacious condo that’s an easy walking distance to about everything you need (beach, groceries, bars, playground, food). Entire processes was smooth. Recommended without hesitation.

Great Vacation Condo:)

What a great location and condo for our family getaway! The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. Large TVs in every room and great views of the bay right out your window. We were in walking distance of shops, restaurants, the beach, and a beautiful recreation complex, Winn Dixie was right around the corner as well as several shops. I highly recommend renting with Missy!

Spacious clean condo. Owner very nice easy to deal with. Great communication. Complex has 2 wonderful pools, gym. This unit met all our needs. Love the porch area!

Great vacation home!

We had a wonderful experience at this vacation home. The property was clean, the location was awesome, the house was stocked with EVERYTHING we needed, even the little things like washing machine pods and dishwasher pods. There's a Winn Dixie and dollar store in walking distance which was awesome. We cooked dinner every night and ordered pizza on the last night. Great experience and would definitely stay again!

Girls Trip!

This was a perfect place for a girls get away! The property was exactly what we were looking for! It was a close walk to beach and restaurants. Plenty to do for everyone (yes we had two 18yr olds and a 14yr old.) Chris and Missy were easy to work with and even had our rental ready early. Thank you!

Lovely beach getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful 3 bedroom condo! Quiet location within walking distance to Winn Dixie, CVS and multiple restaurants and bars. Our favorite part was starting each day with a walk on Madeira Beach - a 5 minute walk from the condo! Chris & Missy were excellent to deal with and available if we had any concerns. Would recommend this condo to anyone traveling to the Madeira Beach area.

Perfect Fall Vacation

Enjoyed the condo very much. The wrap around screened porch provided a lot of extra space for the two preteen children. With Fall the sun hours are shortened for beach activities. Having pools available for swimming and access to the docks on the bay for fishing and enjoying cocktails was an absolute plus.

Wonderful condo!!

This condo has everything you need or want. It is beautifully organized and decorated with all new appliances and utensils. I read an earlier review about the grill, but we found it in very clean conditions. It’s close to what you want and it’s far enough to get a good night’s sleep. I highly reccomend and will be using it in the future for the next Madeira trip.

Beautiful Vacation Condo

This beautiful condo is sparkling clean, extremely comfortable, and conveniently located. Chris and Missy were very accommodating, easy to work with and had the condo well-stocked with everything we could have needed. Conveniently located near the beach (about a 5 minute walk) and very close to some great restaurants. My husband and kids enjoyed fishing from the dock outside of the condo and even saw a couple of dolphins in the bay there. The unit has 3 televisions and very comfortable beds, so we had relaxing evenings after spending our days at the beach and sightseeing. We hope to return in the future!

Excellent answer to Hurricane Ian!

Our trip to Ft Myers was suddenly canceled due to the destruction caused by Ian. We scrambled to find a new option and found this property just two weeks before our trip was scheduled and it couldn’t have turned out better! Chris and Missy are the best and the unit was the nicest and most well appointed. Lots of stocked paper and laundry goods and very convenient to everything up and down to St Pete and Indian Rocks.

Family Vacation 2024

We had a great stay , the condo is beautifully updated, spacious , clean and the beds are comfy. It has a beautiful L shaped screen porch with table chairs, patio seating and tv . An extra space for the kids to watch their shows and play board games. The location is amazing with the 2 pools, hot tub, work out room in complex , the beach and all the stores across the street for your essential needs for your stay. Our Hosts John and Gina were very responsive and helpful with any questions or needs we had. I have rented a few of the condos in the Madeira Beach yacht club through the years , this one has everything we could ask for. Thanks again John and Gina for a beautiful place to spend with my family!

Wonderful condo near the beach!

This was a very modern, clean, air conditioned place that was a 12 minute walk to a beautiful white sand beach park. It was more than adequate for me and my friends. The owners were very accommodating and nice, and met us upon arrival to check us in. It was well-stocked with many towels, nice cocktail and wine glasses, dishes, spices, Keurig maker, dishwasher, stove and oven, kitchen utensils, a bbq grill, and beach equipment. There's ample storage and closet space, 5 tvs, 3 bedrooms, two nice bathrooms, and wifi. It is a 10 minute walk to a Winn Dixie and CVS and some restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend it. We would gladly return.

Great for our family of 8

Property was surprisingly spacious. We had plenty of room for our large family. We set up a full size air mattress in the living room and one of the smaller kids slept on the very comfy couches. Chris and Missy were great at giving us all the information we needed. All the updates to this condo are spot on and the pictures are very accurate. The amenities were great and the kitchen has everything you need to cook if want to. But the local restaurants are great and really make it hard to want to. The beach is very close and we never had a hard time parking. We could have walked but had a lot of things to carry so it was easier to just drive. This is definitely on our list of repeat vacation spots!!!

Looks just like the photos, very clean, friendly owners, convenient location, nicely furnished

We stayed for a week in June 2019. There were 6 of us and we had a great stay. Great communication with owners & they live on-site. The condo looks just like the photos, very clean and tidy. The kitchen was stocked fairly well with dishes, pans, silverware, etc. There was a styrofoam cooler that we used to take to/from the beach and there were ice packs in the freezer. There was shampoo, conditioner & soap in the master bath but none in the second bath. The beds were comfortable and the 3 TVs were nice, especially with teens. The pools were nice along with the workout room. The grounds were nicely kept as well. We arrived on a late flight & the owners still personally checked us in to ensure we had everything we needed. Within 2 blocks of the Winn Dixie grocery store & a CVS. Beach parking was never an issue & there was an ice cream shop right across the road too. No hairdryer or beach towels/toys provided by a 5min trip to Wal-mart solved that. The washer & dryer onsite was very nice & we used it several times. We had a great stay, would recommend & we’ll hopefully be able to go back.

Love this condo and community!

Pure perfection!! The condo was amazing, stocked, and we were soooo comfortable! The community is on the Intracoastal and is gated. We felt very secure. The upstairs neighbor resident is so friendly and we enjoyed hanging out together. Will definitely return to this relaxing and beautiful condo!

Relaxing Family Vacation

Property was just as described on listing and photos shown. Condo unit was conveniently located close to the pool. Chris was very quick to respond with our requests we had and was very accommodating and made sure we had everything needed to ensure a relaxing vacation. Plenty of chairs, umbrellas and other beach toys for the family to enjoy. Very well equipped unit.
