Lovely home with comfortable beds & room. Lynn had thought of everything from facial wipes to having a fridge, coffee/tea, wine glasses. Breakfast was delicious! She had the cutest sweetest dog! Thank you Lynn for everything.

Perfect private room and bathroom with a lovely balcony off of a kitchen with a sweet table set up, toaster oven/microwave and a mini fridge with refreshments inside A 5 minute drive down to water at Palmer Park free parking too You must have lunch at The Pantry Shelf Cafe then just beside them have a homemade Gelato I recommend staying at Willow Pond

Teddybear picnic

Lyn is an excellent host she looks for ways to make your stay enjoyable also very knowledgable of the best places to eat in town. Lyn makes a scrumptious breakfast so her place is included in one of the best places to eat. The downtown, Scugog Lake and the park are just 4 minutes drive away. Our Paisley poodle loved their Teddy hope they can meet again for a picnic.

Very nice place!!

Lynne is a great host. The house is beautiful and the breakfasts were excellent. The description of the rental units though is not clear enough. You have to Pull down menus to learn that the rental is two rooms for 4 people, BUT if your are just 2 persons and want to use separate rooms, there is an extra charge. I asked Lynne about it, she explained it and she was right. I had not searched for every detail and extra windows. Teddy, the puppy , is very friendly and cute. We enjoyed our stay at this B&B. It is quiet, well located and easy to find.

From the moment my partner, my dog and I arrived at Lynn's enchanting Bed & Breakfast in Port Perry, I knew I was in for a truly exceptional experience. This past week has been nothing short of a delightful retreat, filled with warmth, comfort, and genuine hospitality. Lynn, the remarkable hostess, is the heart and soul of this haven. Her welcoming smile and genuine care immediately put me at ease. Throughout my stay, Lynn's attention to detail and dedication to ensuring every aspect of my visit was perfect truly stood out. From the meticulously prepared breakfasts to the thoughtful touches that adorned the charmingly decorated rooms, it was evident that Lynn pours her heart into every corner of her establishment. The accommodations were a perfect blend of cozy and elegant. Each room exudes its own unique character, offering a true escape from the mundane. As someone who values a good night's sleep, I was overjoyed by the plush bedding and tranquil ambiance that embraced me each night. Waking up to the aroma of a scrumptious breakfast being prepared was a highlight I looked forward to every morning. And speaking of breakfast, Lynn's culinary talents are truly something to behold. Clean rooms with lovely touches and wonderful breakfast read on

Lynn is an expert host and all rooms were clean and comfy. With delicious breakfast if you have time to sit down and continental amenities if not The reviews are accurate and you will enjoy your stayHaving said that, there was a smell of smoke in the home when you enter. It was never mentioned in recent reviews and the host said that smoking was allowed in the upstairs balcony and a recent guest had been a regular frequent smoker out there. I told the host that I would not mention the smoke smell because it was a one-off and the host was making effort to fix that. I believe her. But my sister in law did find a review from 2 years ago mentioning the same thing. And the host had the same response. Smoking allowed on the balcony. I feel I have to mention so future guests who are sensitive to any hint of smoke smell, can inquire of the host before staying there. If it is a very very infrequent occurrence as the reviews suggest, then you will love your stay here. She has thought of everything and is a great communicator and conscientious and experienced Finally. One other reviewer mentioned the listing can be hard to understand. There is a queen room with ensuite. And 2 other rooms available - a queen bed. And 2 double beds- that share a lovely bathroom Host will be very helpful with messaging
