Both bedrooms are located on the main floor, with extra sleeping spaces upstairs in the loft.

Bath and beach towels are unavailable at this rental! Guest must provide their own towels. Bed linens, hand towels, and dish towels will be available.

Hybrid coffee maker is available for both drip-pot and k-cup usage.

In-Season rates run from Memorial Day weekend through the end of September. Rentals are strictly Friday-to-Friday in peak Summer months (June, July, August). Flexible 4-day minimum bookings available in May and September.

Off-Season rates run from October 1 through mid-May with a 4-minimum stay requirement. Outdoor amenities will be unavailable during this time due to higher winds and winter climate. This includes grills, outdoor furniture, umbrellas, and beach chairs.
