Welcome to 17 Deangelis Drive in beautiful Point Judith Narragansett! This 3 bedroom home has been completely renovated from head to toe! Everything is brand new including Ice cold central air, new kitchen, glass enclosed shower, full size washer/dryer and much much more. Just a short 5 min. walk to Scarborough State beach and just a short bike ride to two other beautiful State beaches as well as the Block Island ferry. We are a pet friendly renter if your pet is non-shedding, non-chewing, vaccinated and on flea and tick preventative, crated when not home (owner approval needed for specific requirements of your pet). We offer bed linens, towels, a fully stocked kitchen, high speed wireless internet (tv's in living room and each bedroom), central air conditioning and more!
Bedroom 1 (queen bed) offers sliding glass door entry to back screened-in porch!
Please be advised that bedroom 2 (double bed) and bedroom 3 (2 twin/trundle) are second floor open loft area bedrooms with silk curtains installed for privacy when needed.

We had a wonderful girls' weekend at this adorable home! The house was beautifully decorated, very welcoming, and had so much charm. It was the perfect setting for our getaway, and we really enjoyed our stay.The host was responsive and communicative. The only other thing we would have changed is having an additional bathroom—even a half bath would have made things more convenient for a group.Overall, this is a lovely property that is thoughtfully designed and well-maintained. We would definitely recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and stylish place to stay.

I've never received an issue about the Internet in the five years we've owned the property-I would've made a call if I had known to see if there was something going on in the area. Or perhaps could've restarted the Internet.

Great stay!

The house and neighborhood were perfect for my family. The space was comfy and just right for the 4 of us plus dog, and being walking distance to the beach was great. Loved our time there and I hope to stay there again next summer.

Cozy Stay by the Beach

A cozy retreat minutes away (walking distance) from the beach. My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay at this cute little A-frame.

Very cute house, short walk to beach

Family had a great time staying here. It was great to be able to just walk back and forth to the beach and very close to the Block Island ferry. It was a comfy, cozy house.

We are the Carlson family of 4 who have always enjoyed spending our family time in Narragansett whether it be the beach, summer entertainment or dinner! We have always loved A-frames and found this adorable beach property the end of 2019. We can now enjoy Narragansett as our home and hope you do too! We designed this newly renovated beach property with a lot of love and would like to share it with you for your spring and summer rental season! We look forward to giving you the opportunity to relax in our cozy home and hope your experience brings you back for years to come.
