The house was perfect for our stay in Key West. We could walk to a couple of restaurants and the outdoor pool was great. We were close to downtown and did not have issues with finding parking. We loved the kitchen for cooking meals.

The unit is very pleasant, nicely decorated, and very clean. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The only misleading aspect of the posting was the touting of the fitness center, which is tiny, unkempt, and virtually unusable. The smoke detector chirped through one of the nights we were there, but the management promptly changed the battery when notified. People who book the unit should be aware that check-out time is 10 AM, and there is no flexibility.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your thoughtful review. We are delighted that you enjoyed the unit and customer service. We asked the property manager to assess the fitness center and her feedback is that the room consists of a treadmill, a stationary bike, and some free weights. It is maintained and clean. We will review the language in the listing to ensure that it is not misleading and we appreciate your helpful feedback. Thank you again for being our treasured guest and we hope to see you in the future!
