Keep it simple at this cozy, peaceful and centrally-located home. Situated less than a block from Elmwood Village, this house is within a five minute walk of the Elmwood-Bidwell Farmers' Market. Numerous coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance. The Delaware Park, designed by Olmsted in 1868, is one mile away, as is the Buffalo AKG Art Museum. This house is family friendly and offers three bedrooms, four beds, an office with a dedicated work space, and a crib. There's also a shared driveway with free, private parking.

Hello! We are Paul and Caralee. We moved to Buffalo in September 2023 and fell in love with the city right away. All of our family is in the southeast, so we take time off intermittently to go visit and spend time with them. While we are away, we love offering our home and hosting visitors! We have busy lives but when we do have spare time, we love getting outdoors with our son and enjoying the city's parks, museums and restaurants as much as possible. Buffalo has a great community of people, too, so we love spending time with our friends and making new friends!

Elmwood Village and the west side of the Buffalo is really special. This neighborhood is home to some of the city's best restaurants, bars and coffee shops. It has a quaint feel and a sweet culture to it that made us feel at home right away.

In addition to our home being in an excellent location, the house was built in 1900 and a lot of original features have been preserved while also being well cared for and up-to-date. It is super cozy and warm, and we hope it will feel like your home away from home!
