Enjoy the Resorts restaurant, poolside bar, Live music, 2 pools, Pickleball/Tennis/Basketball courts, weight room, sauna, driving range and golf course! Around the corner is the beach and
marina and only approximately 20 minutes to IU stadiums!

Unwind on the deck with a “Winter water view” of the lake. The woods will challenge your view
during summer, but the birds, squirrels and deer will keep you entertained.
Our home features a full kitchen, laundry facilities, Free WiFi, private deck space and is bursting
a cheerful lake theme. We have worked hard to make our home a welcoming and relaxing
space for our guests, and we hope that you will feel right at home during your stay.
Our condo is located in a wonderful Golf resort FULL of amenities and just a very short distance
from Fourwinds Inn with a beach and Marina, Eagle Point Restaurant and approximately 20 minutes to Indiana University Football/Basketball Stadiums. We are
happy to provide recommendations for things to see and do during your stay, for example :

Our beautiful lake themed condo is located on Lake Monroe at Eagle Pointe Golf Resort south
side of Bloomington Indiana. Our 1 Bedroom 1 Bath with open Loft condo (2 Queens 2 Twins) is
perfect for families, couples, or groups of friends looking for a comfortable and convenient place
to stay.
Our home features a full kitchen, laundry facilities, Free WiFi, private deck space and is bursting
a cheerful lake theme. We have worked hard to make our home a welcoming and relaxing

We stayed in this condo for a visit with our son at Indian University. It’s very reasonably priced for high demand weekends at IU. It’s about 20 minutes south of Bloomington, but the community is nice and quiet and the condo was perfect for our stay.

The townhouse was great with an amazing view! The community was also very nice… Be careful of the deer we saw 15 in one night between the property gate and the townhouse. Would stay here again… Christy.

Beautifully stocked kitchen! Definitely not yard sale leftover pots, pans and dishes! Parking is a bit of a distance, but it's easy enough to load and unload at the condo. Be prepared for steps!The linens were lovely and the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of comfortable seating. The pictures are very accurate which is always a nice surprise.

Quite, beautiful location where we stayed for a week for our daughter's wedding held at Whippoorwill Hill nearby. Responsive owner great to work with.

The property overall was fine. The stairs to the loft were very steep and I almost tripped going down them once, but caught myself. Also, we were only given one gate pass, which made it extremely difficult with having two vehicles coming and going.

Cozy Weekend Getaway

Nice cozy weekend getaway. Quiet and relaxing with all the amenities of home. Beautiful nature views to enjoy with hiking trails near by. We thoroughly enjoyed spending our anniversary here!

A Great Place for our family

We enjoyed the close proximity to family in the area, and we had everything we needed during our stay. I really appreciated the extra touches like providing kcups for the Keurig. Our family of 4 enjoyed having our own space to relax in during our Thanksgiving visit.

Wonderful stay

A friend & I stayed here 2 nights while visiting another friend who lives nearby. The accommodation was very comfortable & quiet. The condo was just as pictured. We encountered absolutely no issues.I recommend & hope to return!

We loved staying at Denise's property! The condo was beautifully decorated and we felt right at home. She had left us some welcome gifts and communication was excellent. We did not want for anything. I would totally recommend this condo!

IU Football Game

Very picturesque location, especially in fall with leaves changing. Unit was as billed and appreciated the Welcome basket. Entry process slightly confusing with entry gates and expiring QR codes but fine once you had a handle on it. Host was very responsive. A little far from campus but not too bad. Overall, a great stay.

Fantastic stay in Bloomington

We had an amazing time at this lakefront property! The home was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, making it feel cozy and welcoming. Stay at Eagles Point

Very nice small condo. Only issue we had were the stairs. You have to go down some from parking and then up 13 to condo. Ok for younger. A bit hard for elders. But all in all it was a nice comfy quiet condo.

Small but had everything you need

Small kitchen and bath. Sleeps 6 but hard for 6 to sit and watch tv. Parking was not great. Couldn't use the deck because of cobwebs. Condo needed deep cleaning.

We enjoyed our stay on beautiful Lake Monroe/golf course. The condo was spacious with added amenities like pool toys and towels, games, streaming tv. The kitchen had all the items we needed. The only disappointment was that both decks and chairs were dirty and the floor on the main level inside were very squeaky and uneven! It would not keep us from renting again as the location is perfect for a getaway in the forests of Indiana!
