And........Free Fun Included Every Day! To enhance your vacation experience free admissions are included every day of your stay to some of the most popular attractions the area has to offer through our exclusive concierge service Xplorie. (Some activities are seasonal.)

The Property

This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo boasts a spectacular Gulf view and access to amazing resort-style amenities - from private beach access to poolside Tiki Bars as well as a coffee/ ice cream shop! (The best of both worlds for kids and adults!)

The resort is also very close to golf at Signal Hill, shopping at Pier Park, or hiking in St. Andrews State Park!! This unit is Ideal for a family beach trip or a romantic getaway, and the owners have made sure you have all of the essentials for a worry-free stay!!

Living Room: Sleeper Sofa
Kitchen: Fully equipped with brand new oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave, combination coffee & K-Cup maker, dishware/flatware, blender, toaster, breakfast bar with seating.

GENERAL: Linens/unit towels (not beach towels), complimentary starter toiletries, trash bags/paper towels included.

FAQ: Resort fee covers WiFi, parking, elevator access to 22nd-floor unit, RING doorbell security camera (facing unit entry only), Resort Quiet Hours - 10:00 PM - 10:00 AM. Please be advised there are multiple improvements going on around the resort property and there may be intermittent noise for which we do not approve refunds for any disruption. (ALL construction for this unit is complete.)

RESORT AMENITIES Private beachfront access, lagoon style pool, outdoor hot tub, heated indoor pool & jacuzzi, children's play area, beachfront water sport rentals, beach chair & umbrella service, poolside tiki bar, poolside Shoreline Bar & Grille, coffee & ice cream shop, 24-hour fitness center, business center, and gift shop.

RESORT RULES and POLICIES:

- No smoking or vaping
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book

*****NOTE: The resort requires Guests pay a $100 resort fee to access the property, and they now have a new online registration. You will be sent a link after booking and will show the registration QR code you receive at the front deck for your packet. The fee includes 2 parking passes (1 reserved garage space plus one additional non reserved space marked by yellow paint) and wristbands for beach and resort amenities access. Any delay requesting these passes / wristbands upon arrival may result in having your vehicles towed at your expense and / or being denied access to the amenities. Photo ID may be required upon checking in. The rfid wristbands will scan you into the garage. The resort may have construction going on in the garage or elsewhere. We are not responsible for any disruption due to work outside of the unit.

AWESOME! 1 complaint is parking garage isn't organized at all!

It was a wonderful place! Could use more elevators n parking could b more organized! But past those 2 small thing it was an amazing stay! Would definitely come bck to stay again n would recommend it to anyone n their family!!

The views are wonderful and relaxing on the balcony was our favorite activity. Access to the beach is easy and store's, restaurants, activities are close for walking or driving. Auto access was through a low traffic side street so it was quick, easy and safe. Picking up family from the airport was also low traffic 20 min. drive. Loved our stay! I highly recommend this property.

My family enjoyed our stay at the shores of Panama. The elevator situation does get frustrating, mostly on the weekends. The condo was clean and had plenty of items for us to use during our stay that was great. Having the chairs and boogie boards was a huge perk. We will definitely return!

Beautiful Location

The condo was amazing. The property manager was professional and accommodating. Only problem is the security is rude and very confrontational. I am sure that was due to all the college students during spring break. So watch out for that. Otherwise my family and I had an amazing time. The other tourist were friendly and inviting. I will be back this summer and hopefully stay at this same condo.

Great unit!

This unit fit our needs perfectly. Everything was as described in listing. Clean and comfortable. Great location; close to everything. This is a large condominium so elevator wait times increased during check-in and other busy times like dinner. Luggage cart availability was limited during check-in. Parking garage is a little tight. Overall we had a great stay! Would definitely recommend this unit!

Parking Anxiety.

We are still not sure how parking places were numbered, but thankful we knew what level we were on. The parking garage is the smallest, accident prone……. worse I’ve ever had the displeasure of navigating. There were not enough elevators (needed to be banks of 4), the wait times were atrocious. Silver lining; the staff were nice and helpful, the beach was well kept and very accessible and the rental was just what we needed for comfort and sleeping arrangements.P.S. The wristbands that can’t be taken off during your stay are not a good idea. They really dig in, causing pain and discomfort for sunburned arms day and night.

Beautiful property, horrible staff

The condo and property were nice. The cleaning crew was not great, and the resort staff was very rude. Upon arrival, the parking garage attendant was short and not very clear in directions. The concierge was very rude upon check-in. Once in the condo, there was a hair on the bathroom door and some small trash on the floor. Between the bunk bed mattress and wall, there was trash and sand (map, Reese cup wrappers, etc). The staff was rude to my kids. They kicked my 14yo son out of the gym because he did not have an adult with him. The rules say 13 & under must have an adult. They were rude to my kids while playing with soft foam volleyball in the pool while other kids were tossing hard rubber football. The staff is extremely rude, and rules are not consistent. I would not recommend people to this resort based on staff alone.

USFA World Series

Our trip to PCB was because my daughter played softball in the USFA World Series. The condo was nice and updated. I like that it wasn't overly "beach" theme decorated so it felt more like home. Trey was awesome to work with. He was easy to contact and answered any questions we had. Don't worry about bringing beach chairs, they are in the condo! That saved us room in our car for sure. The balcony view is beautiful especially being on the 22nd floor. Tips: *Use the back elevator, it seems to be less crowded *Be prepared to wait a little while on an elevator *Try and find a yellow parking spot on lowest level you can find. Saves time when you are leaving. Takes about 10 mins to drive down from 11th level of parking garage. *You can easily walk to Pineapple Willy's *It was close to both softball parks we played at *The pool is awesome! Get down there by 10:00 to get a good chair spot Overall we enjoyed staying here! Definitely recommend!

Nice Condo

We enjoyed our stay. The Condo was very clean and roomy. A little bit of patience is needed with the elevators there, but other than that it was a great! I would stay there again and recommend to others. Thank you!

Enjoyed our stay

Really enjoyed our stay. Condo is very nice with modern appliances. Balcony has a great ocean view. Shores of Panama facility is well maintained and beach is great. Pineapple Willys right next door as well. Property manager Trey was very responsive and helped on the couple of very minor issues we had. We will be back next year I hope

Great stay and great owner

You will not find a better owner to work with and you will not find a nicer condo than this in PCB. The condo has plenty of room. The condo is clean and outstandingly beautiful. I give this stay as one of my best with my family of 8 and would highly recommend this unit if visiting PCB

Beautiful Views and Fun for All

Trey and Jennifer's condo was perfect for our family of 5. We especially enjoyed the view from the balcony. We watched the waves roll in as we sipped coffee every morning. The condo is decorated well and had plenty of seating for our family. It has a well stocked kitchen and we were able to cook a big breakfast every morning. This unit has 3 full bathrooms, which is a rare find. The king in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The bunk bed nook and bath is a great addition, especially for our teenager. The unit has beach chairs, boogie boards and games. We really appreciated the beach chairs and variety of board games. The grounds on the property were very clean and well manicured. We enjoyed the hot tub, resort style pool and the gym. There was plenty of seating around the pool and it was always clean. In addition to the great amenities, they also have a bar by the pool and a coffee/donut shop in the lobby. If you do not like those choices, Pineapple Willy's is right next door, they have great food and drinks. We will rent this unit again on our return visit to Panama City Beach.

Beautiful Condo

This place was perfect for my family of 5. It couldn’t easily slept a few more but it was great to spread out :) To have 3 full baths was a huge added bonus with 3 children. The bunk area was close to being a 3rd room with it’s full bath attached. The owner, Trey, was attentive and accommodating. He has excellent communication and willingness to make sure it’s the best stay possible. Definitely recommend!
