Welcome to this custom modern guest home located in the master community of Rocking K. The home features 1 Bedroom, 1 bath, 1 car garage and a beautiful open concept living area. The home has 10ft ceilings throughout and has been customized with handpicked wallpaper, flooring, and other special touches to make it unique. You'll love the landscaped backyard that comes with outdoor seating to enjoy the breathtaking views. The community is situated in a place to unwind from the busy city. You will have access to the basketball courts, pickleball, splash pads, playgrounds, and miles of walking trails. The separate main home is not included in the rental as there is another tenant there.

Tucson desert retreat

My family and I stayed here while we were in town for my cousin’s wedding. The space was beautifully clean, had a lovely backyard, and big garage for our rental car. I loved the open concept and the master suite is to die for! Check in was very easy and the host provides quick responses to messages

Wonderful!

The house was beautiful, the views were fantastic, and the location was PERFECT! We had my sister-in-law's bachelorette party, and we were so pleased with everything available to us! The pickle ball courts were great, as was the nearby farmers market! All around, a 10 out of 10!The pickle

Perfect Modern Accommodation in Tucson

The home is spacious, modern, and spotless. It was the perfect combination of open gathering space and private bedroom/bath areas. Nice outdoor space with surrounding desert landscape. It is close to many attractions like Saguaro National Park and the nearby wedding venue. It was really nice to go into the city areas and come back to a quiet neighborhood. The host was extremely responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very clean and modern house

The house was very clean and looked new but the kitchen did not have a lot of cook wear, no spices, etc.

Nice house but amenities were misleading

The house was very clean and as expected; however, the windstorms that hit Arizona had something in the ventilation system roaring all night that we felt we were sleeping under an airplane engine; it was terrible. The owner was very responsive. Then when we wanted to gain access to the pickleball courts, he said we should find a fob "somewhere in the kitchen". It was nowhere to be found. He said he needed to order one and the amenities listed were really the only reason we stayed 15 minutes away from my other family members. The fact that the owner doesn't have a process to have his cleaning crew check for something this important; he may end up missing a garage door opener someday and never know it. The house was very far from the playgrounds and the other activities so not sure if we'll ever stay there again, but I'd recommend the place if you want a quiet stay.

Thanks for the feedback, however our cleaners have checked and there is no noise coming from the ventilation system. No other guests have complained about this either. Regarding the missing keyfob for the pickleball courts, this wasn’t reported previously and by the time you informed us it was last minute for us to have ordered another one a day before your check out.
