We had a very relaxing vacation. The property location is ideal with magnificent views. The rental property was very comfortable. If you’re looking to stay just outside Breck, look no further. You won’t be disappointed.

We absolutely loved our stay here! It had everything stocked that you could need, except for maybe a portable fan. But literally everything else, kitchen supplies, cleaning supplies, etc. The creek was absolutely beautiful running through the property and we loved the mountain views from the back deck and hot tub. It was only about 12 mins to downtown Breckenridge. We will definitely stay here again. If you are looking for a nice quiet place close to town, definitely stay here!

Very nice quiet cabin. Good location just 10 min or so south of Breckenridge. Good location for summer activities- golf, hiking, and Breckenridge shopping and restaurants. Also nice to just walk around the neighborhood. Cabin is well stocked for basic supplies and the owner and management company are easily accessible. Stayed one week in early July. Temps- 70s and 40s. Would rent again. Dave, Karen, and our dog- Jessie. Oh, and a great deck and stream with waterfalls makes for relaxing outdoor time.

Beautiful cabin with everything available you need for a very comfortable stay. Great communication with owner. Great location, 20 minutes from Breckenridge and 30-40 minutes from Keystone. We really enjoyed our stay.

The view from this home was amazing! While there are other cabins nearby, it felt secluded and private. The house was comfortable and cozy, fit our needs perfectly. We were sad not to have seen any wildlife from the porch but we did enjoy sitting around the fire pit and taking in the mountain view and listening to the creek. A short ten minute drive into Breckenridge each day for breakfast was perfect. Would definitely stay again!

The owner of this property has been phenomenal to work with. Our group was pleasantly surprised when we got to the property, I didn’t realize that I didn’t need to bring up as much stuff as I did because the owners have everything and then some there!

We LOVED our stay!! We really enjoyed the hot tub and used it every day with the October weather in full swing. The views off the deck were wonderful and the cabin was cozy, kitchen well stocked, beds comfortable and layout was perfect for us. Check in and out was easy and communication was perfect. We will definitely be back!

Perfect location! Close to main Street but far enough away to feel a little more secluded. House was everything we needed and more. Deck was perfect and we saw a mommy and baby moose one morning. The little waterfall on the property was really relaxing. Hot tub was huge ! Thanks for a great stay!

We're the Quartaros....Cheryl, Chris our 3 kids and lots of extended family. Traveling is one of our favorite things to do together, so we've been to quite a few destinations. Breckenridge is at the top of our list of the best places, that's why we decided to make it our second home. We hope you'll enjoy it as much as we do! We were looking for a list of features: land, water, view, privacy, easy access, 3+ bedrooms, large outdoor living space, one story and within 10 min of Breckenridge. We saw this gem and immediately put in an offer! The Town of Breckenridge is at 9,600 ft above sea level and the cabin is even higher at around 10,650 ft. The high alpine environment is quite unique...the bluest skies you'll ever see and thick forests of soaring trees.

For a summer stay, the creek and deck are incredible. There are some parts of the creek where you hear nothing but the roar of the water...very relaxing. Plenty of snow in the winter to romp around in, build a snowman, or even an igloo. A full acre of land provides the privacy to have a relaxing fun time outside.

The cabin features a stocked kitchen with crock pot, Keuring pod and drip coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, pancake griddle, and full assortment of pots/pans. Multiple humidifiers and 4 zones of independent temperature control.
