Peaceful Gulf Front Building, 2nd Floor Unit, Steps To The Sand
Come visit a beachfront condo in the heart of North Redington Beach, steps away from the sand. Enjoy picturesque sunsets from the balcony and beautiful views of the gulf of Mexico from the large outdoor patio on the beach.

The Condo has one bedroom with a king-size bed (Bathrooms access only thru bedroom) and full-size bed in the pullout sofa. The unit can only sleep max 4 guests. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you'll need to treat yourself to delicious home-cooked meals when you don't feel like eating out. This unit is located on the second level. The buildings lush tropical landscaping, shuffleboard court, outdoor seating on the patio which has ocean view is truly breathtaking. From this unit, you are literally…STEPS to the beach. This rental has all the elements of a relaxing vacation just waiting to happen.

WiFi, Cable and parking spot included. We provided a set of towels (including hand towels and wash cloths), 4 beach towels and linens for both beds (king and full sets), 2 beach chairs and an umbrella.

Gym located directly across the street with weekly memberships available. The gym is called Beachfront Fitness

North Redington Beach is a wonderful area, that is just 4 miles north of famous John's Pass Village and Boardwalk. Here you will find restaurants and entertainment galore. Then retire back to your quiet retreat in North Redington Beach. The Marwick condominium is a small building, away from the crowds but close enough to all of the attractions in Tampa, Clearwater and St Pete. Football and baseball stadiums in Tampa are about an hour away. The property has picnic tables, charcoal grill on it's beautifully manicured grounds.

Top Things to Do in North Redington Beach:

1. Go to the Beach! Absolutely gorgeous beaches.
2. Go to John Pass (about 1-2 miles down Gulf Blvd) which is a fishing village with lots of shops, restaurants and on the ocean. The largest bar in Florida "Gators" (named after the Florida Gators Football Team) is there. There is a pirate ship that takes tourists out for a boat ride. Also, there is a Casino ship there... and finally they have Dolphin Cruises to see dolphins. You can also rent Jet Skis and Parasail there as well.
3. Walk the Redington Beach Pier. One of the longest Piers along the Gulf. Take your fishing gear.
4. Drive south to Treasure Island along Gulf and eat at Caddy's on the Beach. Fun place for pina coladas, beach chairs, and good fun.
5. Feed live alligators waiting in the large pond while you play miniature golf at Smugglers Cove along Gulf Blvd (one mile south of Redington Beach).
6. Drive North about 15 minutes and see Clearwater Beach---madhouse of college students but nice beach too. The original HOOTERS restaurant is there. The best party place along Gulf Blvd is a place in Clearwater Beach called "Shepards". Has live bands, outdoor tiki bar, etc.
7. Outside of Shepards, the next best beach bar to go to is called "The UnderTow". Its small, along Gulf Blvd in St. Pete Beach (1-2 blocks north of the Don Cesar Famous Hotel). They have limited parking, but the bar is great (the counter has a small river running through it) TV's, Pool. Stuff to Eat and right on the ocean. During the day, they have volleyball, etc on the beach. A lot of fun!

Great stay right on Redington Beach. Coffee and breakfast watching the dolphins. Great restaurants nearby, used the trolley that runs from St. Pete's beach to Clearwater everyday. Kitchen is well stocked , just the place for a perfect getaway.

Great location

Had a great stay! Enjoyed the beach view while having early morning coffee from balcony. Location is ideal. Early morning walks on the beach and easy walk to some great restaurants. Condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The condo was sold to a new owner and she was very responsive and easy to work with!

Great location!

This condo was perfect for the two of us. The location was absolutely perfect! The extra beach towels and equipment came in handy as well as the dishes! We recommend eating at the Sweet Sage Cafe across the street and The Reef Bar and Grill about a mile away. Everything you need is within walking distance and a beautiful view of the ocean. Thank you for having us!

Amazing Sunsets

We just returned from 12 wonderful days at this charming condo with a great beach and amazing sunsets just steps away. The condo and property is very well cared for and has everything you need. The condo owner was extremely helpful and a delight to communicate with during the booking process as well as after we arrived. We highly recommend and we hope to return.

Great place, beautiful location

The owner was very attentive and checked in occasionally to make sure we were comfortable in the condo. We were able to stay for 5 weeks and found everything we needed was provided--comfortable bed, sufficient kitchen. Location is fantastic as the beach is just steps from your door. We quickly became friends with other owners and renters. Evening sunsets and cocktails were fun. Highly recommended.

Quiet and comfortable. Everything we needed for the week. One area that needs attention is the pillows for the bed. Please replace them occasionally as they do tend to absorb odors from previous guests. Cyd was great getting the wifi problem resolved. We would stay here again if coming to the area.

Paradise on earth!!

This condo is fantastic. The pictures and description are truly accurate. The patio is awesome. You can leave the condo and be on the beach in seconds. Perfect for solo or couples!

Condo was as pictured, check in was super simple, Irene provided clear instructions, great local recommendations, and was very responsive. The condo is right on the beach, a quiet non-touristy part, it was beautiful. Beach items were provided and easily found in the unit, and other necessities were also there & a full kitchen. Everything needed to cook and all the little touches really made the stay extra comfortable. This location is perfect, walking distance to many restaurants and stores, a spa, and short Uber to other places/stores. I can’t say enough how happy I was & the pleasantness of Irene. As much as I want to keep this hidden gem to myself so I can book more and more, lol, I can’t, by far my favorite place to stay in the area. I can’t wait until my next stay! Thank you!

Simple & Relaxing

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was perfectly situated for the two of us, a few steps from the beach, and a few steps from the trolley to endless entertainment, restaurants, and activities. We would definitely stay here again. Property manager was very accommodating.

Great Stay

Since this trip was just my wife and I this property worked well. While the unit doesn’t face the beach it has a nice sun deck that sits right on the beach. It has plenty of lounges and chairs to relax in if you don’t feel like dragging beach chairs to the sand. The sun sets are fabulous and the unit is real close to restaurants and shopping. The only real knock is that the furniture is extremely outdated and should be updated. Other than that the property worked out well

Perfect couple getaway

We had a great time staying at the condo! It was very clean when we arrived and well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen to cook what we wanted too. The living room was very spacious and comfortable. The king size bed was heaven 😇 i need it at home 😂!!! The bathroom was a little small but it was well stocked with towels and was big enough. We would love to come back and stay there again. The outside is well maintained. The gate to the beach was closed but that was for safety reasons due to the recent hurricane. The beach was fantastic and you really are steps from it!!

Okay but old

My time at this property was great, but could have been much better if this unit was updated. The bathroom and shower, kitchen cabinets, bedroom window and screen, all window blinds, pots n pans, and silverware, are either very old or broken, or messy. Some safety issues as well, medicine cabinet mirrors have very sharp corners and will cut you, electric outlets need repair, replacing the rusty shower tree, etc. I think I've captured most items. This statement is honest and without prejudice.

Could be cleaner

Mold in bedroom air conditioner unit. We loved the people and the location. We were there for a month and made many friends. Owner quick to respond to originally responses when we checked in. Did not hear back on second response about air conditioner concern.

Absolutely Beautiful

Condo sits right on the beach! Clean with a nice king size bed and comfy. Everything you need is there! Big concrete patio with umbrella table and chairs and layout chairs also. Beautiful sunsets on the beach also great sea food across the road at the couch and try salt rock down the road at Indiana shores it’s awesome!!!
