Residence MARは、古い石造りの壁で囲まれた1100平方メートルの地中海植生庭園に囲まれた180平方メートルの海辺のヴィラです。 ヴィラはもともとゴシック様式とルネッサンス様式の組み合わせで16世紀に建てられました。 Residence MARそれはMliniの小さな町に位置し、ドゥブロヴニク市から南へ8km、ドゥブロヴニク空港から北へ10kmです。 周辺には数多くのコーヒーショップ、レストラン、ダイビングセンター、スーパーマーケットなどがあります。

別荘は地下室、1階と2階で構成されています。
地下室は洗濯室、トイレ、ガレージに分かれています。
ガレージの前に20㎡のガレージと2つの駐車スペースがあります。
1階：正面玄関のドアから廊下へと続き、その後に広々としたリビングルームがあります。 アンティーク家具で装飾されたリビングルームには、Wi-Fiインターネットと衛星テレビが備わっています。 リビングルームから、8人用のダイニングテーブルとダイニングルームとキッチンに入ります。 キッチンには必要なアメニティがすべて揃っています。ストーブ、オーブン、冷蔵庫、コーヒーメーカー、電気ポット、トースター、ワイン冷蔵庫。 ダイニングルームとキッチンの両方から湾を一望できるテラスへアクセスできます。 テラスには8人用のテーブルとラウンジエリアがあります。
2階：正面玄関のドアから4つのダブルベッドルームに通じる廊下に通じています。 ダブルベッドルーム2室には、小さな子供用のベビーベッドを追加できます。 全室に専用バスルームがあります。 各部屋から海の景色が見えます。
ヴィラ全体にエアコン、衛星テレビ付き液晶テレビ、無線インターネットが備わっています。
住宅の正面にビーチがあるほか、家を囲む2つのビーチがあるほか、庭園にはプライベートプールがあります。 スイミングプールは01：05から31：10までオープンしていますが、その他の年は休業です。
庭園にはさまざまな地中海の植物（ヤシの木、ヒノキ、オリーブ、季節の花）があります。 庭園ではバーベキューグリルや屋外シャワーも利用できます。
夏の間は、Mliniで急降下する1時間ごとのボート接続Dubrovnik-Cavtat-Dubrovnikがあります。

Lovely villa with perfect location. Bars and restaurants all within walking distance. I’ve recommended to all my friends, it was that nice! Katarina was also the perfect host where nothing was too much trouble.

The property was very clean and well presented. The owner, Katarina gave a very warm welcome and provided much information on the house and local area. The location is good with beaches, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.Taxi into Dubrovnik from here is about 12-15 Euros using Uber.

Amazing

This house is truly wonderful, full of history, immaculate and has every thing you could possibly need. The views are stunning and we loved having the clear blue sea right on our door step! Katrina was an amazing host, hopefully we will be back!

A Lovely Family Get Together

The terrace was idyllic and we enjoyed all our meals outside there drinking in the spectacular view. The whole property was a delight, and our party loved the company of the tortoises. Katarina our host was wonderful, we couldn't have asked for anything more.

Beautiful

We had such a brilliant time in Mlini. The villa sits in the most beautiful setting. We were a family of 4 with 4 guests. The villa has lots of space, lovely gardens and everything is on your doorstep. Katarina was incredibly helpful and we were all so grateful to be able to stay in this special villa. We will be back!

Sweet Property!

The house was just like the pictures. The location was great. Katarina was very helpful and prompt. The pool and garden area was fantastic. The outside seating was very comfortable. Each bedroom has a bathroom. The AC worked great! The a family of turtles living in the garden which was a blast for our daughter. The cats that come were lovely as well. The bed linens and pillows could be better. There’s some updating that could be done but it fits well with house.We already had a late flight and then it got delayed, so Katerina and her husband met us after 2 o’clock in the morning and helped us with our luggage. Keep in mind that the bedrooms are not connected from inside of the house. There is quite a number of steps to get up.

Villa Residence Mar

We were celebrating my husband’s 70th Birthday, 6 adults, 6 year old and 1 year old. What a time we had. Katarina is a 5 star host. Any queries were promptly answered and transport to and from the airport with booster seat and rear facing baby seat organised by Katarina. The villa is just beautiful and the view from the terrace is mesmerising and stunning. We all loved the pool and BBQ area and all 4 bedrooms were en suite. Gardens beautifully kept. Mlini is a quiet resort but with several restaurants within walking distance. The little ferry to Dubrovnik and Cavtat is a 5 minute walk from the villa. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Utopia on the Adriatic

The location is unparalleled. You are in the heart of Mlini, steps to the beach, great restaurants, the ultimate beach bar and the local sea water Waterpolo club. You can catch the boat to Dubrovnik just a block away. And the house is a paradiso for relaxation… the grounds are immaculate with beautiful grass lawns, flowers, herb plants, a flagstone dinning terrace overlooking the sea and a beautiful pool. There is even an outdoor kitchen (we grilled many meals and enemies used the outdoor kitchen’s stove to fry local sardines and peppers! The house is beautiful and furnished with taste. The 4 bedrooms that each include their own bath were very comfortable. Katarina is a fantastic host. She treated us with cheer, provided fresh pastries and helped us get the best local fish and produce. She was very responsive and friendly. Our whole family loved her. We give this home our highest recommendation and we will be back!

Stunning property in a great location

The property is everything it promises on the website. Ideally placed for fabulous views across the bay. Easy access to Dubrovnik or Cavtat by ferry. The Cusar bar opposite is lovely and gently lively so there’s a nice buzz of music and chatter in the evenings. The owner is really helpful and great to deal with. The four bedrooms are all lovely with plenty of storage and all en-suite. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent!! Fabulous stay with party of 7 lovely location , nice restaurants , visited Dubrovnik and Cavtat easily. Great amenities, pool area and large terrace for entertaining. Katrina was helpful and accommodating before and during stay.

Character property in perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay, the villa is in a great location, between 2 bays with several restaurants and bars nearby. The gardens are attractive and come with a herd of tortoises. Pool deck was fabulous, with views of the coast. The property is well maintained and the owner Katarina, very pleasant to deal with and helpful. There are four double bedrooms all ensuite and of similar generous sizes. The nearby beaches are excellent for swimming, and a ferry runs at regular times throughout the day from the nearby local harbour (2 minutes walk ) to Dubrovnik, which is convenient. Don't be put off by what looks like a round about in front of the property, the road leading to it is very quiet, as there is a restricted access (barrier) beyond the turning circle to Mlini harbour and there is very little traffic. One point to be aware of, there is a local bar opposite the property, which closes at 12, we only really noticed the noise on one night, and apart from that not really an issue.

Perfect in every way

Amazing week at the end of the season with our four kids. Mlini is a lovely location between Dubrovnik and Cavtat. Katerina is the perfect host and the villa magnificent. We really miss the evening dinners on the veranda and the beautiful sunsets. The kids loved the Tortoises and the lovely pool. Just perfect 👌🏻

Great villa with beautiful terrace views

The villa is right opposite the dive centre in Mlini. The views from the front terrace are wonderful particularly when the sun sets, often an amazing deep red glow. The pool is in a lovely garden at the back so you have shade or sun in different parts of the villa at all times of the day. The 4 bedrooms are clean and adequate if not luxurious. Aircon in some of them is a bit noisy, particularly when on full blast. We hardly used the lounge area as we spent all our time in the outside rooms and terraces. the dive centre bar occasionally had music playing until about midnight but was not too intrusive in the bedrooms. Overall a delightful character villa in a nice location with wonderful sea views.

Perfect!!

The villa was PERFECT for our group of 6 - 4 adults and two teenagers. The location is terrific - right by the sea, and walk to restaurants, shopping either direction. Also just a short trip to Old Town Dubrovnik. Katarina is a great host, made sure we had everything we needed and checked in with us throughout the week. It was nice to relax on the terrace - or by the pool every day! Best part of the whole villa was the tortoises!! Feeding them was the highlight of our day.

Fantastic! Great host, great location, great house

It is hard to know where to start: the town of Mlini is charming, with very nice people and good restaurants. The property is located just across a small beach, walking distance (as most beach front Mlini) to restaurants and other beaches. It has all the comfort and amenities of a modern house, but with character and charm. All four bedrooms have sea view (no fighting among my kids to select the "best bedroom"); the view from the terrace is spectacular (very relaxing when I worked in the early hours of the morning, taking advantage of the time difference with the US); the garden is beautifully well kept; the swimming pool and BBQ grill are strategically located to provide both a nice view of the sea, and safety if you have small kids (you have to get up some stairs, giving you enough time to catch a runaway grandson!). Even though it was in mid-Jul, we didn't run the a/c all the time, as the walls provided isolation from the heat, allowing us to open the doors/windows and enjoy the nice Adriatic breeze. The property is kept impeccable: they do the swimming pool and the garden twice a week, and is delivered to you with all the essentials (including beach towels) for you to enjoy your stay. Lastly, but certainly not least, Katarina was a very grateful host: she help us getting the transportation from the airport, had a delicious apple strudel welcoming us, and was always available to assist us when needed (she cam quickly when one of my sons locked his safe box, contacted a catering for a gathering we had for the final of the FIFA World Cup). I would love to return to this property in the near future!

beautiful property in a wonderful location

As soon as we arrived we were absolutely delighted with the villa. Katarina was very welcoming. The villa itself is beautiful, comfortable and there is a view from every room. What we loved the most was the terrace right outside the kitchen. We spent a good deal of time there eating all of our meals there and enjoying the shade in the heat of the day. The gardens are stunning and the pool area is just fabulous too. It was definitely the best holiday accommodation I have experienced for a large family group. I highly recommend it

Perfect Villa, fabulously situated.

We loved Villa Mar so much that we almost don't want to tell you how lovely it was ... and keep it all to ourselves. Katarina and her Mother did a wonderful job of preparing this beautifully maintained and well-equipped villa for our stay. There were fresh flowers, wine, milk and home-made apple strudel upon our arrival and they ensured that we had everything we needed to make our stay happy and relaxing. The layout of the Villa is great for groups of different couples who may want a little space to themselves and it is great to separate the bedroom space from the downstairs living area with the external stairs so that those who wake early or are late to bed don't disturb others. We miss the stunning views across the bay from the terrace and the pool area and can't wait to go back again to enjoy them. The tortoises are fun too and you'll quickly fall in love with them. The situation of the villa itself is just perfect, being a 15 minute car or water taxi ride into Dubrovnik Old City to enjoy sight seeing or nightlife but there are also plenty of great restaurants locally in which to eat and a very welcoming bar for relaxing drinks nearby. Katarina is a great host and ensured we had everything in place before our arrival, including arranging car transfers from the airport to the villa. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay .... we will be back again and again and again!

Beautiful oasis in a perfect location!

We stayed 12 days at this beautiful house with probably the most amazing garden in the greater Dubrovnik area. We enjoyed every second of our stay and would definetely come back again. The house was very clean and perfectly equiped (towels, hairdryer, wachingmachine and a perfectly well equiped kitchen). The whole house and garden is prepared very lovely (fresh flowers, fresh fruit etc.) On our arrival we have been received extremely well, and felt home quite fast. We were shown around in the whole house and garden. The view is stunning and we totally fell in love with the 9 turtles who live in one part of the garden. Charming stay at Residence Mar in April 2018

We stayed at Residence Mar for a week in April 2018. The view from the terrace to the sea was magnificent, and the back yard was nicely secluded behind the stone walls. The children loved the tortoises living in the yard. There were four bedrooms all equipped with a bathroom on the second floor - it was perfect for us since we had several couples with children staying. The villa is right next to the Mlini harbor, from where you can take a short boat-ride to Dubrovnik, Cavtat, Lokrum, etc. We received amazing hospitality from Katarina, who took care of everything at the villa.

Fabulous outside space in a great location.

Lovely property particularly the gardens and outside areas. Great location for getting about by car or ferry to Dubrovnik/ Cavtat and plenty of good restaurants a few minutes walk away. Highly recommended.

Wonderful summerhouse

We had great time in this charming house on the beach. The location is amazing - the beach is on your doorstep and you have a beautiful garden with the pool to retreat to. And terrace with a fantastic view ... The owners made our stay very pleasant and hassle free. We loved the weekly fresh flowers and the lovely furnishings - it's a really unique place.
