Welcome to our clean, cozy, pet friendly remodeled home! Emerald Bay Escape is close to the beaches of Lake Tahoe and scenic bike paths for summer outdoor fun but is also walking distance to locals' favorite restaurants and shopping. In the winter months, some of the best ski slopes are minutes away at Heavenly Ski Resort. You will find new and modern comforts inside... there are stylish furnishings and thoughtful touches throughout to make for a cozy and unique experience. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials to cook multiple meals, drink coffee, or make a cocktail. The comfortable bedrooms are complete with plush beds and linens and blackout shades to provide a restful sanctuary after a day of outdoor fun. There is also a large, fully fenced backyard with a deck and BBQ. Boasting plenty of space, the yard also has large forest trees and aspens for a relaxing view. Heaven in Heavenly!

This home is absolutely fabulous. The amenities were like nothing I've experienced with previous VRBO properties. Everything was super clean, modern, with a cozy and welcoming vibe. Amazing hosts as well! Close to Heavenly Village and walking trails. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

This house was as accommodating as it was beautiful! Incredibly comfortable for our small family of 3 plus my mother. The home has everything you could possibly need to feel at home while away. The host was so kind and communication was easy and prompt. We will absolutely choose to stay here again on our next getaway to Tahoe!

We had a great stay at Erica's wonderful home in South Lake Tahoe. It is clean, cozy and comfortable...and was a wonderful getaway for our family and golden retriever. We have stayed in quite a few short term rentals over the years and she was the most attentive and helpful host we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with!

My family of 2 adults and 3 kids had an amazing stay. The house was the perfect size for the 5 of us. When we arrived everything was clean and nicely decorated. The location of this house is perfect, with walking distance to restaurants, a bakery, and stores. The house was also well stocked with amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, etc. We also appreciated the easy communication we had with the hosts. We look forward to booking another stay in this house in the future!

Well decorated place, good location, had everything we needed. Host was very responsive. No complaints, only wish the shower in the downstairs bathroom had better water pressure, it was more like a drizzle.

Highly recommend!!!

The house was super clean with upscale decor. The beds were really comfortable and the couch was comfy too. The backyard was big with outdoor patio with table with grill. The owners are very nice and took such good care of us. They answered my texts quickly and gave us great places to visit while there. Very helpful!

Incredible property, great location

My wife and I came up for a weekend getaway with our dog. We booked this property based on the fact that it has a fully fenced in backyard, which has been harder to find in the Tahoe area. This property was incredible. My wife is a very light sleeper and usually picky about beds and pillows because of this, but she said numerous times how comfortable the bed and pillows were. The place is newly remodeled and no detail was spared. We will absolutely be back!

2013 7th St. S. Lake Tahoe

The property was clean and newly renovated. Everything was in working order. It is stocked with plenty of extras like soap and towels. You may want to let the Winter time folks know the fire place is decor only. The back yard was very nice and included a large grill.
