Recently renovated cottage with three bedrooms located on the tip of Pine Island. Go boating in Charlotte Harbor with quick access to the Gulf of America. The dock will fit up to a 26-28 foot boat and is a great jump off for kayaks. A boat ramp is located around the corner and you can park your trailer at the Cottage. Electrical and water are available at the dock as well as a fish cleaning table. When not boating or fishing lounge around the Lanai or pool. This is a fisherman's paradise with quick access to Boca Grande Pass tarpon capital of the world!

My son and I had one of the most productive fishing trips ever. if you ever are looking for that mangrove slam, you will find it here in Bokeelia. As for this property, Wow! Location, comfort, and a very welcoming and accommodating host. You will find a well stocked kitchen, comfortable bedding, and a wonderfully landscaped property. This house also is one of the cleanest we've ever stayed at. We hope to be back again soon.

Flamingo cove was a beautiful home, gardens, pool and easy out of the door access to dock. Close to good fishing for most types of fishing, Publix grocery store not too far away. Beautiful screened lanai for eating, playing games and going down memory lane. Loved our stay!

Our stay was amazing! This 3/2 with a pool, boat dock, and filet station was the perfect getaway! The kitchen had all the items we needed with a few extra goodies! Hosts were wonderful!

Perfect property

Perfect place to stay for a fishing trip. Boat in the water, fuel, ice, landing nearby.House was spotless and comfortable.Pool was an added bonus to cool off after a long day on the boat.

Amazing stay, exceeded expectations, already planning our return trip

This home was very clean and very comfortable. The host allowed an early check-in that we cleared with him ahead of time. We've stayed at many VRBO properties over the years in various parts of the country and this was among the best - comfortable furniture and bedding, ample towels and toiletries, well-stocked kitchen, and little extras like the fishing rods in the sunroom that the kids used when fishing from the dock, and the great patio furniture, the clean pool that was the perfect size, the comfortable couch/chairs after a long day of boating, the comfortable beds and linens, I could go on and on but this place was just right for us, great floorplan and great accommodations and little 'extras' from the hosts that we don't see at many other VRBO properties - and we will definitely return. Thanks again for such a comfortable stay!!!

Quick fishing trip

Spent a few days fishing, house was perfect, great access to the harbor, plenty of room in the house, well equiped. Great communication, we are staying for 9 days here in july and looking forward to it
