This property was in excellent condition and very well set up for guests. The communication was good and it is in a lovely location. We had a fabulous stay.

Cute spot but disorganized hosts

It was not clear from the listing that this little house is a few minute walk up a gravel path from where you can park your car, and the instructions for finding the property were limited. The initial communication from the owner or manager was not well organized (for instance, we were sent instructions on what to do with the garbage even before we got there but nothing about what the property looked like from the path/approach). Then we had a hard time once we got in because the water in the house wasn't turned on, and there was no password written on the "Welcome" document so we had to find the wifi router, which took a bit of time, and then there were multiple codes that looked like they could be passwords - extending the confusion and frustration (we were trying to get wifi working to facilitate communication with the host/manager to figure out the water). The kitchen was decently stocked with cooking equipment and flatware, but it felt like we had to scrounge around looking for soap for the bathrooms and there were only two small rolls of toilet paper.It looks like the cottage was recently renovated inside, and that was nicely done. It is an easy walk into town, which we appreciated; it had an outdoor space that worked well for us and our little kids; and the uphill neighbor (who mows the grass for the property) was very friendly and obliging with recommendations for the area when we met him.

Une bien agréable maison dans un petit jardin au fond duquel un petit ruisseau glougloute. La maison est très propre et très confortable, parfaitement équipée. Bien située , très au calme mais à deux pas du centre ville accessible à pieds ainsi que la piscine municipale ou les tennis .Le bémol est l'accès très compliqué en voiture , parking possible à 100m , mais il faut porter ses bagages jusqu'à la maison à pieds car la ruelle est trop étroite pour laisser passer les automobiles. Une fois habitués, ce n'est plus vraiment un problème et ne gâche tout de même pas le séjour. Propriétaire tres réactive. Nous reviendrons tres certainement. Merci pour votre accueil !
