Common Space:
As you enter into our home's entryway, you'll be greeted by an inviting living room, complete with a large ROKU TV and a spacious sectional sofa, a perfect space to relax with family and friends.
Just adjacent to the living room is a dining area with a table that can easily accommodate 8 guests, making it an ideal space for hosting gatherings and special occasions.
Our home’s kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, cooking utensils and cookware, dinnerware, glassware, stemware, flatware and a coffee station. The kitchen also features a door that provides easy access to the backyard, allowing guests to easily take meals or libations to the backyard or pool for outdoor dining and entertaining.
Bedrooms:
Our home is perfect for hosting groups of up to 8 with its three cozy bedrooms all including overhead fans, comfy beds with duvet covers and blackout curtains.
The first bedroom features a queen-size bed in a lovely boho theme. The room offers a corner chair and a closet with mirrored doors to help guests get ready for their day.
The second bedroom includes two trundle beds, providing comfortable twin-sized sleeping arrangements for up to 4 guests. What's more, the room also features a large sliding glass door that opens up to the backyard, where you can enjoy the fire-pit and outdoor living. The sliding glass door is equipped with an automated roll-down shade, allowing for complete blackout, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
The two front bedrooms share a common bathroom with a walk-in shower and a sink vanity, providing convenient facilities for guests. All linens and towels are included for a hassle-free stay, in addition to shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and individually wrapped makeup remover wipes.
The home's primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed and a wall-mounted ROKU TV for entertainment. In addition, this bedroom features an attached back room that serves as a private retreat, complete with an ensuite bathroom for convenience. Guests will also find a reading chair and a workspace desk, perfect for catching up on work or enjoying some quiet relaxation. The large closet doors provide storage space for guest's belongings during their stay. A laundry room is also located off this back room, complete with a door that opens up to the patio.
Backyard:
Step into your very own backyard tropical oasis! Our love for the Hawaiian island's is apparent with our backyard's beautiful plumerias that burst into vibrant colors during the summer season. Guests will be able to enjoy their outdoor meals at our dining table, located next to a babbling water feature that adds a calming ambiance during meals. With the added convenience of a gas grill, guest can enjoy cookouts and gatherings in this wonderful space.
Our backyard also includes a gas firepit with plenty of seating. We invite our visitors to relax around the open flame or for kids to roast s'mores during their stay. Guests will find provided s'more sticks in home's the garage.
The highlight of the backyard is the large pool, secured by a pool fence for added safety, perfect for enjoying the sunny Southern California weather. The pool features a floating shelf in the deep end and surrounding chairs for relaxation and socializing. Bask in the beauty and tranquility of this tropical-themed backyard during your stay, creating unforgettable memories.
Guests will also be offered the use of basic beach amenities including beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrella, beach/pool towels and sand toys.

Ideal for groups of 8 or less, our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between visits.
We love and respect our neighbors and ask that you do the same during your stay. In accordance with VRBO policies, unregistered guests and parties will not be authorized. Outdoor cameras are on site for liability purposes. Parties will result in eviction and non-refundable cancellation of reservation.
