Our room was not ready until after 5:00. It was very loud with kids until 11:00 at night. This is definitely not a couples place as one review said. It is a family place with plenty for the kids but not relaxing at all. The room was clean but noisy in halls and on balcony. I wish that these places were not on VRBO as this is a hotel and the listing gives false impressions.

The property is well maintained the pools are well maintained the room was excellent it should have no trouble staying here I've stayed twice so far.

It was perfect for a couple nights. Clean, efficient, beautiful property with lots of amenities. The single issue we had was the vent fan in the bathroom didn’t work.

Rude, Inconsiderate Guests

We had the most annoying people above us. Lots of yelling and partying. They were incredibly loud, and we were woken up at 1AM and 3AM. Had to call the front desk twice to complain. Security should have shut them down the first time I called.

Room was as described. Pools were great! Waited almost 30 minutes for an elevator. The elevators were nasty and stunk horribly. Only two elevators were working so everyone was trying to pack into them. Most staff were rude and not talkative. Bar tenders were amazing.
