Step into our 1916 historic Main Street home in Newnan, GA. Set on an acre with gardens and a pumpkin patch, it’s a short walk to shops and a brewery. Perfect for families, bridal parties, or business retreats, enjoy outdoor games, ping-pong, a play yard, custom playhouse, and a fire pit. Coffee, fast Wi-Fi, and essentials are provided for a comfortable stay.


This clean and renovated historic home features:

⭐The main floor includes three bedrooms (1 king and 2 queens)
⭐ Two bathrooms (one with a claw-foot tub)
⭐ A fully-stocked kitchen
⭐Laundry room

⭐Sitting room with a TV
⭐Sunroom

Upstairs:
⭐ You`ll find another bathroom.
⭐A bedroom with a king bed, TV, and an attached bedroom with two twin beds.

The home combines historical charm with modern flair and includes:

⭐ An antique playroom with kids` games and puzzles.

In the outdoor area, guests can enjoy:

Guests will have access to the entire home, the garage, the backyard playground, and the playhouse. The dome building is not available to guests at this time.

⭐Our location is perfect! However, occasionally, you may hear traffic passing or faintly hear a train passing by. If you think this might disturb your stay, we encourage you to consider other options that might better suit your needs.

⭐We do provide a sound machine for sleeping. We want to ensure you have the most comfortable and enjoyable experience possible!

⭐We DO NOT allow pets due to owner`s allergies. A fee will be applied if a pet is discovered. Sorry for the inconvenience!

*Load the dishwasher and press start before departure. No dirty dishes should be left in the sink.

* Return all furniture, appliances, toys, etc. to their designated locations.

* Check to ensure you haven`t left any items behind. We can mail back items, but cleaners charge a $20 fee plus postage

⭐ We provide a starter supply of essentials to last approximately 4 days — just to help you settle in comfortably.

⭐ Please note: There are outdoor security cameras on the property for insurance and safety purposes. These are owner-operated and located only on the exterior.
No Weapons: We do not have a safe to securely store guns or knives.

No Smoking: No smoking inside or near windows, doors, or fabrics.

No Parties: This includes no glitter, confetti, or taping of decorations. All visitors must be approved.

Substances: No illegal items allowed on the premises.

Dishes: Please do your dishes and leave the kitchen sanitary.

Food: No food or dark liquids allowed outside of kitchen or dining spaces.

Guests: No unregistered guests are allowed.

Pets: Pets are not allowed. A large fee will be applied if a pet is discovered.

Timing: Respect check-in and check-out times. Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 6 AM.
