Great location in center city

Overall, a really lovely property. We had five people, but it would be more comfortable with just four. It does have 2 1/2 bathrooms, which was nice for the five of us. Really nice view of the city, and an excellent location for exploring anything you want to see in the Dublin area.

GREAT EXPERIENCE

Aer is an excellent host! We had a superb stay in this centrally located apartment. Nice views of the river and close to Trinity and all the bars. When we had questions about the unit, Aer was responsive. I'd highly recommend the unit and the host/property manager!

Lovely apartment with great views

It was a very nice apartment. Large outdoor space (too cold for us to use in March, but would be lovely at other times of the year.) Very nice building. Owners were very responsive to our questions.

Great two bedroom apartment

The communication and check in process were great. Our group dynamics required a three bedroom which is how this was listed and advertised. Unfortunately it put a bit of a damper on the last night of a great trip. I highly recommend it for a group that only requires two bedrooms, not three.

3 jours à Dublin

Le logement est idéalement situé pour accéder au différents lieu de Dublin point très positif.Une très belle vue…Il convient plus à un 4 personnes qu’a 6 car le 3eme couchage et le salon 1 canapé plus 1 lit d’appoint cependant pas de volets seulement des stores vénitiens.. Beaucoup trop de luminosités,,par contre 2 salles de bain top. Très bonnecommunication avec l’hôte !!!il faut savoir que c’est un logement qui doit être habité hors location .., cela peux être dérangeant pour certains

Very homely & great location

I was amazed as to how spacious the apartment was and the quality for the price I paid. Was top notch. Good location 10mins walk to Grafton street and to surrounding bars/clubs. Check in was smooth along with check out. Clean & homely with everything needed from coffee in the morning to towels and soaps. Thank you for a brilliant stay, will definitely be back

Great experience

While we only stayed there for a night, I wish we had stayed for multiple nights. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable and we felt right at home. It was conveniently located to everything that we wanted to see. We definitely would stay there again in the future.

Incredible view and location

We stayed for just over two weeks, with our 16 month old infant too. For people with infants ... this apartment is relatively easy to baby proof, which is almost never the case. We loved the view, and how close this location is to everything.

Great property with a terrific balcony and view of the city. Conveniently located and walkable to everything enjoyable in Dublin. We had 6 guests and it was perfect for our family!

Great communication and location

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely property. Communication with the host was great. We were able to store our bags early, which was very helpful as we had an a.m. flight. Property is modern with good amenities. It’s a short walk to most of the major tourist areas. It was nice to be in a quiet area at the end of a busy day.

This is a private residence which is being rented as an somewhere to stay

Unfortunatley our stay was not as expected, we were not prepared for a stay in some one elses home and unfortunaatley it did not meet the standard of what an a rental should be. On arrival at the apartment there was a punjent smell of curry, unfortunatley even after airing the apartment out every day we can still smell it. There was some one elses dishes on the drainer, they looked cleaned but draining (not exceptable) Even though the apartment is some what clean, it is not hotel clean.mirrors are dirty, toaster is old and grimy, dust on picture frames, dirty windows that are not nice to look through. Furniture that is stained to the point you do not want to sit on it. Shower doors that do not stay in position so it makes it hard to take a shower unless you wedge something in there to keep it from closing. Black mould in the bathrooms. This is obviously some bodys home, whether it be yours or some one elses. The fridge is dirty and has food in it that belongs to someone else, the fridge also has an odour about it, that has made us not want to use it incase any of our food gets tainted, the freezer is full of some one elses food. The cabinets in the kitchen are full of some one elses products, there are wooden spoons in the drawer that are permiated with curry spices ( you could not cook with any of these as they would taint your food) I would like a 50% refund

Great weekend visit

Host was very accommodating with our bag storage and was very easy to communicate with. Apartment was in a great location. Everything was as expected per description.
