THIS PLACE AIMS TO PROVIDE AN ECONOMICAL BUT COMFORTABLE SOLUTION FOR LARGE GROUPS OF GUESTS. PLEASE MAKE SURE IT FITS YOUR NEEDS BEFORE BOOKING. DON'T BOOK IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A LUXURY EXPERIENCE.

Parking policy:
Please park in the parking lots assigned for the apartment. If the parking lots is occupied, find the other spare parking lots in the opposite side of the building. Or find a street parking.

Quiet time policy:
Quiet time is from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. NO loud/crazy music or noises at any time. Please show respect to the neighbors.

Event policy
NO events allowed. For violations, the hosting will be terminated immediately and NO refund will be granted for the rest of your stay.

Pet policy:
PET ALLOWED but must be disclosed upon booking and pet fee applied. A fine of up to $500 ($200 at least) for bringing unauthorized pets. The hosting will be terminated immediately and NO refund will be granted for the rest of the reservation. Pets cannot use any of the bedding. Plan your own pet's rest arrangements.

Video surveillance agreement:
A security camera may be installed outside near the front door.

Visitor policy:
Visitors allowed, and required to obey the house rules. Visitors cannot stay overnight without adding them as guests on your reservation.

Check-out policy:
Check-out time is 10:00 am. Remove all the trash in the room before you leave.

Okay spot to stay

The mattress was too soft and bed was noisy. Water doesn’t stay warm too long. They reached out to me a day before my arrival date asking me to cancel my reservation so the people that was there already can extend their stay and told me that it was other properties available. Not good customer service especially when my money was already taken. Other then that it’s okay spot. It quite at times but other than load cars it was okay.

Don't waste your money on this VRBO in Tallahassee

There is nothing good to say about this property. Ceiling fans were covered in dust, all smoke detectors were off the wall (yes no smoke detectors (VRBO liability??), paint cans strewn throughout the home, piles of crap on top of counters, no hand soap in one of the bath rooms, kitchen utensils strewn on the counter top (should be in a drawer), nothing but JUNK in all kitchen cabinet drawers, dish washer full of pots and pans (not sure they were clean). I could go on and on about how terrible this rental property is and would not recommend this to anybody. This should not be allowed on VRBO!!!!! DO NOT WASTER YOU MONEY ON THIS PROPERTY

Not Up To Par

My wife and I checked into the property only to find bag of trash on steps. Laundry in laundry machine. Leaking AC unit and pooling water under the AC on the floor. Mold spots in between room closet doors. Floors were dirty filthy in corners. Stove top was not clean and heavily stained Kitchen trash cabinet broken it was so bad we ended up going to stay with our daughter in apartment. So we did not even stay there. Pure waste of money
