Andre and Denise's House was inaugurated in January 2024, and it's the perfect retreat for those seeking comfort, sophistication, and a prime location just a 2-minute walk from the white sand. Guests can also enjoy the condominium's common leisure areas with 24-hour security. There are 4 comfortable suites with air conditioning, hot water, bed linens, and towels. Wifi. Swimming pool. Fully equipped kitchen.

Providing a complimentary premium consultancy service. We assist in menu planning and recommend local markets and suppliers for grocery shopping through an app that delivers to the house.

Should you wish to hire our cooks for: daily cleaning + breakfast preparation and/or lunch preparation + snacks; please consult us for average rates. *In all cases, food and ingredients are the responsibility of the guests.

If the services are contracted, our staff member can receive the purchases and organize them, leaving the house supplied for your arrival.

The house is located in the Eco Patacho Residence Condominium, on Praia do Patacho. The beach is an environmental protection area of great beauty, with white sand and crystal clear blue sea. It is ideal for children, walking and offers great security.
Blue Flag Seal: Praia do Patacho, located in Porto de Pedras, on the North Coast of Alagoas, on the Ecological Route of Miracles, received the Blue Flag seal for the second consecutive year. This international seal guarantees that the beach offers sustainable tourism, safety and promotes social responsibility.
Equipment and Amenities: The house has easy access and is fully equipped to guarantee a sensational stay. Outdoor gourmet area with a beautiful swimming pool with deck, lawn and hammock. Fully equipped kitchen. Option to hire cooks specialized in local dishes and Brazilian cuisine to prepare breakfast, lunch and snacks (service to be contracted after confirmation of the reservation).
Suites: The house has 4 suites:2 suites with King Size bed. 2 suites with Queen Size bed. Master suite with bathtub and outdoor shower. Air conditioning in all suites.
Other Amenities: Bed linen included during the stay. 1 set of bath, face and pool towels per guest. Spacious closet to store suitcases with hangers. Showers with hot water. Wi-Fi Internet. 2 Smart TVs. Hammock with 3 nets on the lawn. Full kitchen with two refrigerators and beer cooler. Living room with Smart TV. 4 beach chairs and 1 umbrella for use during the stay.

Tendrás acceso exclusivo e individual a toda la casa durante tu estancia. La playa de Patacho se encuentra frente al condominio, a solo 120 metros de la casa. El acceso a la playa se realiza a través del beach club exclusivo del condominio. El beach club ofrece estacionamiento rotativo para los huéspedes.
Importante: Para obtener la autorización de entrada al condominio, es necesario enviar los nombres completos y los números de los documentos oficiales de todos los huéspedes con al menos 24 horas de anticipación.
