Please indicate the actual number of guests staying when booking. Outside overnight guests not allowed.

Absolutely NO party groups. Family groups only. Minimum age for renters not accompanied by a family group or parent or guardian is 28 years old. (No exceptions.)

Please leave the house basically as you found it. If you broke something, please let us know in advance so we can plan to take care of it.

Pianos are NOT for guest use.

Garage is not accessible to guests.

We provide the first roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and a roll of paper towels. Further guest needs are the guests' responsibility.

You will be asked to sign a simple rental agreement, provide a copy of valid ID, and fill out a check-in information form as a condition of booking.
