Relax at this conveniently located home away from home. Sink into the comfortable mattresses and sleep well all night long!

We are located about a mile from I-40, 5 minutes from shopping and less than a minute away from restaurants.

*Located just outside of Fort Smith. Easy access to everything Van Buren has to offer without the hustle and bustle of city life.

Perfect overnight accommodations for our family!

Awesome property

We stayed 3 days for a family reunion in kibler. The house is clean very comfortable and and nicely decorated. The hosts communicated with us regularly making sure we were comfortable and did not need anything. Would 100% stay again

Great place to start

We stayed the weekend for a college football game. Had a great time. Check in process very easy and house is very clean. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

Quiet and Clean

We stayed at Cozy Cove when we were in town for my nephew’s graduation. The property was perfect for our family of 5. The neighborhood was very quiet and the property was very clean. The owner was very responsive to messages and gave perfect information regarding check-in and check-out. We will definitely book this property when we return to the area.

Quiet Cozy Cove

My family and I stayed at Cozy Cove to attend my sweet granddaughter’s 16th birthday up the road in Cedarville. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood while still being close to town. The owner was very communicative and responsive. The house met all our needs and was much better than booking 2-3 hotel rooms. We will definitely try to book Cozy Cove again when traveling to the area with the family.

Enjoyed our stay!

We were in the Van Buren area visiting family close by. Our experience was very good at this home. It was nicely decorated, cared for and communication was exceptional. The neighborhood felt very safe and that is one of my top considerations that you don't know coming into a vacation rental unless it is mentioned in the reviews. If the property was available again when we are coming that way again we would check to see if we could rent it. Thank you!
