Amazing Property with tons of Space

The home was like a modern art museum and the layout gave all 3 parties in our group total privacy. The upstairs master bedroom with panoramic views of a nearby pond was amazing. The owner was a wonderful resource of local information and was available anytime we had a question.

The renovation of this former industrial space is nothing short of spectacular. Cohasset is a quintessential coastal NewEngland town. Within 2.5 miles of multiple beaches and walking trails this property is a dream. As an artist and avid gardener I have transformed this space from an old abandoned shell of a building and a broken parking lot , into a spectacular home surrounded by beautiful pollinator gardens.
