Quaint 1 bedroom for a weekend stay! Bathroom/kitchen is a little dated, but we had a very comfortable stay. The King bed is very comfy! Nick was readily avaliable and eager to answer all our questions. Will probably look to stay, again, when we come back to town!

Great central location. Good value.

Nice one BR apartment in great location to Bloomfield, Lawrenceville, and East Liberty. Fairly low cost for decent property with great location. Highly recommend, if you're not too picky.

We enjoyed the area. It's basically a student area quite a few small shops and eateries with an Aldys close at hand also several brewer establishments. All in all the rooms were as expected per the photos on the internet. Security was acceptable. We most likely would stay here again.

Disappointing, Unsanitary, and Nothing Like the Listing PhotosWe were looking forward to our stay in Pittsburgh, but unfortunately, this property was such a disappointment that we cut our trip short and went home.The listing photographs present a bright, inviting apartment. The reality was quite different. The apartment felt dark, dingy, and poorly maintained.The lack of cleanliness was unacceptable. We found filth everywhere … windowsills, baseboards, and light switches (EWW!), an insect trap in the kitchen window, a live insect moving through the living area, a dirty bed blanket, and real mold in the shower (that discovery in the morning was what sent us packing!). The refrigerator was leaking water down the interior back wall, across the shelves, and into the crisper drawers. These were not minor housekeeping oversights.The apartment simply did not feel clean or comfortable, and we were unwilling to spend the remainder of our trip there.We have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years and certainly don’t expect perfection. We do, however, expect basic cleanliness, functioning appliances, and an honest representation of the accommodations.We documented the conditions with photographs and reported our concerns to Vrbo immediately after leaving.I wish the previous reviews had been more forthcoming about the condition of this property. We would never have booked it.I cannot recommend this rental in its current condition (these photos HAVE TO BE OLD!)
